Please let me know if this thread violates any CPA Lead ToS or DP Rules I am really not sure if this is allowed to be posted here but I thought this would be interesting for those who currently own TV Show streaming sites that were interested in the CPALead Gateway. This topic aims to show you how adding said Gateway to your site effects your revenue and more importantly your traffic. From there, you can decide whether the projected dip in traffic from installing the gateway is actually worth the revenue. It's fundamental to mention that in my situation I have the following traffic sources: As you can see, my Reffering Sites traffic constitutes only 12.13% of my total traffic sources. This is imperative as most reffering sites such as Sidereel.com and Tvduck.com do not allow sites with said gateways installed. The site I will be using is http://www.watchtopgear.org - it's worth mentioning that we are arguably the authority site for streaming the episodes in flash, online. We rank very highly for the appropriate search terms on Google and that is the predominant traffic source. Earnings Diary I will be taking a log in this thread of my daily CPALead earnings as I'm new to the system, I'd like to see how it effects my visitors and also if the earnings fluctuate and decrease over time as users maybe find alternative streaming sources. i have about the same stats good days i earn 20$ bad days i earn 5$. my site is relatively young since i made it about 1.5 weeks ago. but its going pretty good. as soon as i get a decent google ranking i think my leads will increase even more
yea they have the best support i have ever seen, max time to get an answer was 5 hours (non weekend off course) and they also have live support loved that. i had one suggestion a few days ago, i asked them to add some more stats to the mobile phone statistics. and wam a few hours later they added everything i asked for. the only pain of cpalead is that there are too few european surveys. thats all.
im going to try them with a new site of mine once traffic hits over 10k daily to make it worth while, will be interesting and i'll also provide a log, Thanks for sharing
I don't use Analytics so I'm confused, do you get around 450-900 visitors a day, or 50k+ like first pic says ?
Annoyingly you are correct, I am not fond of the Lotto offer as users get a full days access to my site for $0.26 which really undermines my contents value.
Usually people outiside UK, Canada,US .. have only option to complete this survey which means you either lose that visitor or you even get some money from him. And also, correctly speaking this is not your content. We are just lucky that Internet is still wild west so you can do mostly everything if you are careful and not to big and important.
You catch my drift though, I've compiled the content to an easily navigational resource - that's the content I'm talking about here. I thought it was worth mentioning also, I want to attempt to keep an active user base so I am offering 24 hours of site access for one single survey completion.

Get ready to watch your traffic drop to nothing. Are you using anything to hide the gateway from search engines? My traffic went from over 300 daily to 12 since I implemented CPA lead.
