Their being roasted over hot coals,, whether it was a fire of their own making is up to everybody’s own opinion..

It seem that the fire was not lit with sticks or firelighters.. But was lit 12,000 Dollar Bills..

Leadbolt has been getting very good reviews. I'd definitely use them over CPAlead.

LeadBolt>CPAlead any day. The main advantage CPAlead has is in a way more customizability and the use of SubID's.

All in all, every affiliates have to spit test your traffic to diversify risk. Never put your eggs in one basket.

I agree you should have an account with every major gateway network just incase something was to happen to your account, only a fool would put all his trust into one company. What if they went bankrupt tomorrow?

I have no vested interest in this thread either way. But think about this: why would CPALead ban affiliates making big money in an honest fashion? CPALead would surely make more money by paying the affiliate and having him continue to send traffic to their offers for months and years to come then by simply "stealing" a payment. If you play by the rules, CPALead has no incentive to ban your account (in fact, they have an incentive to keep you a happy affiliate). If you try to cheat the system and break the terms of service, CPALead has every right to ban your account and withhold your earnings.

Affiliate networks run off very low magins, around 10% on most good offers. If they were to keep you as an affiliate it'd take 10 months to pocket what they could pocket within 1 month just by getting rid of you. CPALead may be opting for stort term profitability rarther than long term. So as you can see it's in their best interest to find large publishers to ban with some kind of ice to stand on, as when they come to forums like this one you atleast have a pitch to defend your actions against that affiliate.

I see mixed feelings about cpalead. But several my friends are doing well with them. Keep in mind, always split test your traffic from several different networks.

dlm, how can we be sure that all that "withholded" earnings get back to advertiser ? cause even if ban is fair they (CPALead) have no right to get the money

Seqqa, that's a lie and BS networks want you to believe, contact some direct advertisers of CPA offers and you will see how much they pay direct (you need some volume though) .... it's at least 30 % CPA networks take... at least!

OP, yours $12k probably went to sponsoring their maserati party giveway LOL

Something is not going good with CPALead these days but that doesn't mean they're scum. They paid lots of guys into this forum and now most of these guys banned because company changed their policy and more strict with what is ur site related. They're support is also down nowadays but if you believe your site and you have natural traffic, you can make money with them

Why you rejoice, Jeremy? You haven't answered a lot questions here from people. So to wash your name you need a lot work to try find words to answer a lot questions here, that you ignored above.

And yes, when you start ban sites from my list i've posted above? If you do not want ban such sites, it seems you are violating your own TOS. No?
