Cpalead scam or how they stole my $12000

Well why CPAlead didn't pay me my 1400$ For this month and I'm sure that I'm fallowing CPAlead rules or terms of service agreement.

when i contacted them they said the reason is;

- Poor Lead Quality

I just wonder a bout this " Poor Lead Quality " With some one made 1400$ and NET15?

and even if like that .... Is this give them the rights to eat my earning for a whole month??

I have contacted Appeals Team and their staff like:

- john bryant

- Robin

- Jeremy

and told them that this not fair but no one of them answered me. what a great support.

 

Keep fighting man if you're right man. Do just like the guy here did. Post up in ripoffs, in forums and even go ahead and get adwords ready and buy advertising like the guy opened this thread.

 

the problem is they banned because of CPAlead TOS issue,, i m using greyhat method BUT NEVER been banned because i know it wasnt covered by their CPAlead TOS, so pretty safe to always follow what is their CPAlead TOS.. anyway mate, goodluck.

 

This information is correct. Since BrownChickenBrownCow began posting, CPALead staff reached out to me about my accounts. (please note, it was determined that there were never multiple accounts open at the same time). Once contacted by CPALead, a representative of their company and myself had a very productive conversation allowing us to understand each others point of view better. Long story short, when both parties act calmly, logically, and without emotion, you will get things done and achieve a positive outcome together. CPALead and I have come to a positive agreement for both parties and when all terms of the agreement have been satisfied, I will post back to confirm.

 

I'm glad this thread ended in a good way and you got some of your earnings. I think Robert handled this is a great way and before I was about to give up on CPALead but now Ill stay with them.

 

yea, the terms of my agreement have been fully satisfied and i must say, i am pleased with the arrangements. I know the first instinct is to flame but simply post what happened to you in a non accusatory manner and be logical about it and either Robert or Jon Bryant will reach out to you. These two seem to be the ones who handle the good faith negotiations you are entitled to under the terms and conditions (when your appeal has been rejected). Honestly, the conversation I had with Jon made me do a 180, he has excellent customer service skills. I know some of you may disagree and each situation is unique but if you truly are sincerely and legit, you will get your commissions

You guys did a major mistake as you payed the original author of this thread and that at once.

As you can see after it, even more worse posts started, and i still do my personal bet which
one of the accounts posting here, created after the payment, is the original guy again and others of his
BH friends.

Next time, simply get that guy by what he is ONLY interested in - money.
Pay him 1/12 of the total money every month with the simple contract that you pay when he shuts up.
And that you stop *forever* when he posts again about you.

Thats the only way you can avoid this kind of harm, these Black Hat guys knows to good how to play the game
and as you can see, all the poor sheeps here are happy to believe that cpalead is the big bad brother.

As a conclusion,both sides have their own weaknesses and have to blame each other for their mistake.

 

Wow. that's a big amount of money.

 

I have been with cpalead for around 6 months. Eventhough I have problems with them some times, all of them have been solved in a way that benefits both parties.

It depends on mods, thread poster and also if there is anyone else that have been mistreated by CPALead, they can update it here... i'm just saying

 

At the end of the day, if they want to complain they should open a new thread that's what it is for. CPALead staff prob wont look at this thread anymore as it has been dealt with.

CPALead pays on time, I've been a publisher for years and they never scammed me.
