This is a proper scam..cpalead does not know how to make affiliates happy..if he can make $25,000 than he can make $10,000..he showed so much truth and honestly still he didn't believed it than cpalead is proper scaming people and not making affiliate happy..

CPalead keeps the big amount of money from top affiliates and payouts the small affiliates...that's not business..

Thanks for sharing and leting us know about cpalead..

You probably did BH stuff and they caught you. Simply because you said it yourself, you bought a script for $50 and the next day you made $1200 right away.. That sure must've caught your AM's attention big time.

If this was BH (which I am sure it was), then you should've slowly built that up until the $1k-$2k/day level. Not right away in a single day.

Oh well, what are we gonna do. Learn from what happened and what you didn't do correctly and be more cautious the next time around.

    Hello Mrs. Gallone,

I would like to be sure that I thoroughly address each point you have made clearly, so I will respond to each allegation individually.

"Hello there, My name is Helen Gallone, and June last year i found out about Cpalead, i thought oh, well this seems ok, it was my first ever bit of internet marketing i have ever done, and i made over £80 in my first night, so my first presumes was.. SCAM!"

You applied for acceptance to CPAlead on April 4th and were accepted the same day. You did not earn that amount in your first night, in fact you did not make any type of consistent earnings until the 12th of June.

"Anyway, i got my first payment, i had to beg for an early payment because they wouldn't give me one due to a new account. So anyway they sent it and i got it via paypal."

On the same day you began earning consistently (June 12th, 2010) you were given a very early payment (for your earnings of the same day!) and you did not have to beg.

"So i thought, Hmm.. Im going to get into this a bit more, so i did, i purchased several scripts, i put them to use and make a couple of thousand dollars.

Then, After over $25,000 dollars paid out to me, i started to build a real good confidence with Cpalead, i trusted them, i talked about them. I lived and breathed Cpalead for the time i was with it.

Anyway, a month before christmas i bought a new script, this one cost me $50 and the effects were ENORMOUS, In my first day of the new script i made $1200, the second day, $3000 and everyday from that was $500+, so cpalead give me weekly payments, instead of being paid every month, i was paid every week.

And before long, my balance built up to $25,761.09, within a week.

So, it came to payday, and i asked for my payment, I was told that the head of security, John Bailey wanted to speak with me regarding my account."

There were two reasons that Mr. Bailey had to speak with you. The first reason was regarding your conduct on our network, the details of which I will not get into out of respect for your privacy. The second reason was due to confusion you caused regarding your identity. You had contacted us from the same messenger account regarding several different CPAlead accounts, and you contacted us from different email addresses regarding the same CPAlead account in multiple instances. Whenever identity comes into question, we ask that you provide us with proper and legal ID so that we can confirm that we are speaking to the account holder and to protect you from identity theft.

"So, nearly $26K at stake, i contacted him, he told me that over 50 people had filed reports against me because i so called "Hacked their Facebook" i told him this was complete rubbish and i wanted to see the evidence."

This pertains to the first reason Mr. Bailey had to speak with you, and again I will not address the details. However, I will state that you agreed with Mr. Bailey’s assessment and took responsibility for damages you caused CPAlead.

The email in which you agreed:

This is when he refused to show me a single report out of an alleged 50.

We are not obligated to provide you with reports made against you, and our privacy policies dictate that the identities of publishers who make reports must be protected from those who they report.

So, we made a deal, If i continue to make continuous cash, And i provide him with my birth certificate, he will release my payment.

A deal was made regarding the damages you caused CPAlead through your conduct. We encouraged you to continue earning because we were giving you the opportunity to move forward from the violation. We did not expect you to have any problems being paid because you assured us you would provide us with proper and legal identification, which you never did.

Of course, this was weird, but i went along with it because it's alot of money at stake.

You were aware of and agreed to the exact details of the agreement, and you told us you would provide us with your birth certificate and your passport, as proven in these emails:

So, after travelling to Scotland, (Over 120 miles from where i was) I got my birth certificate, i told him, i scanned it along with some bills he asked for, Yet he said, this is not enough evidence. WHAT ALOAD OF B***HIT, He told me to get that i would get my payment.

You did not provide us with a birth certificate, you provided us with a digital copy of a birth certificate request form filled out with a PDF editor. This is not a valid form of identification as it proves nothing, and the document is available for download from Scotland’s government website: http://www.gro-scotland.gov.uk/famrec/bdm.html

Birth certificate extract request form you provided, not a birth certificate:

"His Excuse? I didn't make enough money. He wanted me to make $10,000 until i can get my $25,000, and then HE WOULD TAKE HALF OF THE $25,000 , so im only left with $12,750."

Any earnings that were being withheld from you were outlined in the agreement you made with Mr. Bailey and were strictly related to the undisclosed violation you committed. The earnings you were entitled to under the agreement were not paid because you never sent us proper or legal identification.

"What a complete rip off. Anyway he wanted a passport within 3 days. But this was impossible, because i didnt have the money for a passport, and they take a minimum of 6 weeks in the U.K, and he tried to tell me different considering he lives in Las Vegas."

You had already stated you were going to send us a scanned copy of your passport, so yes we requested that you send it. You yourself have stated that you made over $25,000 through weekly payments in the months leading up to your account suspension, so it is doubtful you didn’t have the money for a passport. Additionally, Mr. Bailey gave you several options to identify yourself properly with, not just your passport, and the IDs you sent to us were not acceptable.

This card is not a government-issued form of identification. The photograph is poorly photoshopped onto a space that still has white outlines around two sides of it, and the drop-shadow of the card is still present:

Additionally, the font on the name of the card does not match any other font, except for the one used for the name of the doctored LeedsCard you sent us. A LeedsCard is not a government-issued ID, it is a discount card and the one you sent us has also been heavily altered. Notice how the picture does not align to the tilt of the card:

"Anyway, my CPalead account was suspended for the exact reason of "Hello Helen
We regret to inform you that your CPAlead account has been terminated due to the following reason(s):

Failure to provide proper and legal identification.

If you feel we have wrongfully terminated your account, please contact and be sure to include your publisher ID #50752 in the body of the email."

This is true, and is still true.

"Weird huh, in this screenshot he tells me that the birth certificate i scanned him would be enough evidence?"

A birth certificate would have been an acceptable form of identification, but you did not send us a birth certificate.

"NOTE: I WAS SPEAKING TO HIM FROM MY SONS EMAIL ADDRESS BECAUSE I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MINE."

This directly contradicts the reason you stated to Mr. Bailey in this conversation:

"So, Basically, He suspended my payments, for a reason he could not give evidence of proof, then asked for redicilous amounts of ID, I told him i would get them, but he gave me an impossible time line, He then made a deal with me, and broke it, And then he later told me that my account is suspended. For not getting ID, When i clearly sent him the ID he wanted.

Bottom line? CPAlead are going down hill, they paid me $25,000 and scammed me from $25,000. I was banned with no proof, evidence or proper reason. CPAlead shall not be trusted, and the owner wouldn't even reply to any emails i sent him.."

We have extended every possible courtesy to you throughout your involvement with our network. You were paid 22 times in a 5 month period, 11 of those were early or very early payments - three of which were given to you completely free of charge. Despite causing problems in our chatroom (using obscene and graphic language that didn’t even pertain to CPA) you asked Robin to remove your chat ban, which he granted you. You took responsibility for an undisclosed incident that caused CPAlead to suffer damages, and we worked with you in a manner that would allow you to continue to participate. The current problem stems entirely from your refusal to provide us with proper or legal identification. Once you have sent us what we have requested, you will be paid the earnings you are entitled to according to your agreement with John Bailey, simple as that.

    Regards,

    John T. Bryant

    Just passby and het shocked!!!

is it an appropriate way to disclose ALL personal data of your affiliate in this public forum?
The credibility of CPAlead is seriously in doubt, no matter how the case goes, it is madness in this way.

^^^^^^^ He agrees that "Okay, so you take $11K, I provide regular traffic, Once my birth certificate comes In my maiden name (Not Gallone on certificate) i will recieve my payment of all unpaid earnings (Minus the $11K) Once i recieve my passport, i send you it then my weekly payments go back and everyone is happy"

JOHN: I have already answered you, which in the case; was yes.

    PURE TIMEWASTERS!!

** My name is not Gallone on record Because im not married, I have been with my boyfriend for 30 years and we have had 6 kids. I class my self as married **
