Cpalead question

    I have a anime site to promote cpalead offers. They put my account on hold and they ask me this "Do you own the rights to promote this content?"
    Please can some help me with this...

    Anime in general is neither. If you are promoting content such as full episodes for download then you obviously don't have rights to distribute it nor profit off of it.

    Now movie site is not ok with CPALEAD . Their advertisers are not ok with copyright problems . I hope you have been finished with CPALEAD.

    Cpalead are stepping up and you should not promote copyrighted content but I generally think linking is fine as its not illegal as far as I know as even Google etc has links displayed.

    So use a smart approach.

    Try some other alternatives like.. leadbolt,blamads,adscend media.I am not sure they allow copyright content.

    If you don't own the rights, you need to thread carefully with your response, if you are violating their terms, apologise and hope they will forgive
