    How can CPALead allow you to incentivize all of their offers, when a lot of them (eg. MyFunCards) are not incentivizable on most, if not all other affiliate networks?

    you can incentivize all of their offers, thats what there network is based on. Paying people to complete surveys etc.

    If you notice there payouts are usually around 50% less than what other non incentive companies offer. This is because they make a deal with the people running the offer for less payout if they accept incentive traffic

    Exactly, and we don't know what contracts these networks have with other networks.
