Will having CPALead on my site affect SEO/rankings? I'm not sure how the GoogleBot will be able to crawl the site with the popup blocking access to the site.
As far as SEO goes, make the link a nofollow. No need to share link juice with the offer you're promoting. Google won't penalize your site for having ads on it (unless that's all your site is.) I not sure what you mean by the second part of your question. "Popup blocking access to the site"? Can you explain what you mean?
Google will crawl the code of your pages not your actual site. It spider wont see the gateway and bugger off Although saying that i dont think google crawls javascript does it?? if it doesnt then it wont even know any code is there.
well,i do not think that it will affect the SEO ranking.ultimately,it is the construction of your site and the keyword that counts.In that case,they will penalise all other kinds of javascript and html coding too!
It will have no effect on the google ranking. I have plenty of sites ranking well with it. Same with zango.
