CPALead of course has their content gateway, but what other methods are allowed for linking to surveys? I have heard that popups/interstitials are not allowed, and the same goes with iframes, but this is just what I have heard on forums. I know they allow PPC advertising of their offers, but is this the only other option for promoting them? The content gateway is not what I am looking for...I am really wondering what other methods they will allow me to use for promoting on my own sites. Are popups actually not allowed based on their TOS?
