Selling my movie streaming website. Movies are hosted on 3rd party sites like megavideo. The script is custom made and it includes an easy to use admin panel for updating videos. I think this site is a great deal because it has proven earnings and traffic at a good price. If you look at some other movie sites on DP you will see that they mostly fall into two categories: sites making tons of money and selling for thousands of dollars or horrible sites with no traffic or Revenue selling for a few hundred. Any one can throw up a WordPress blog with some "custom" theme, get your hands on a 100% custom site that is already making money!​

Revenue:
The site is earning with CPALead. Really great company. It made about $142 last month and so far this month $81.95. $224.51 in total.

As you can see the site has made over $80 in 12 days, it is currently on track to meet or exceed the $150 mark for this month.


Traffic:
In Jan the site got 3,892 Unique Visitors and had 11,380 Page Views. In Feb the site has had 1,758 Unique Visitors and 4,738 Page Views so far. Some top traffic sources include Direct visits, Google, and Yahoo Answers.
I have a very unique method of getting a lot of traffic to this site. It's easy to do and can bring in lots of hits and of course leads. The buyer WILL get this method.

Why Am I Selling?
I need to get money into my PayPal ASAP. I honestly feel that I will be taking a hit over the long run by selling this site but I need money right now unfortunately.

Also, can you talk about your secret method, does the new owner will have to spend X hour(s) per day to maintain traffic..?

 

I'd rather not disable the gateway but if you or anyone else would like I can disable it for just your IP address. Feel free to PM me.

As for the traffic, you don't need to do anything to maintain the traffic but I would really recommend spending like an hour a day just updating the site for a few mins and then continuing the traffic building process. It will just help you increase it over time.

I would of course provide the buyer with everything they need to know to promote and update the site. It's actually very simple really!
