CPALead - Mass Account Termination.

Hi!
This is my website, this is the one that I use for my CPAlead gateway.

It's a website for watching TV Shows with summaries TV show reviews....
Now these are the reasons that my account got terminated:

* Adult Content, Morbid Content, or Immoral Content
* Misleading Content
* Fake Content
* Fraudulent/Poor Quality Lead Traffic
* Spamming, Mal-ware, Ad-ware, or any Malicious Content


Adult Content, Morbid Content, or Immoral Content
- On my website there is no adult content, none of the morbid one, and immoral doesn't exist for me because there's just no immoral content on my website.
Misleading Content
- I absolutely do not have misleading content, whatever the user want's he can find it on my website.
Fake Content
- There is absolutely no fake content on my website, I promise their favorite TV Shows and I give them what I promised if you don't believe me check out my site.
Fraudulent/Poor Quality Lead Traffic
- Now what is this supposed to mean? Of course I will get poor quality lead traffic, it's been 10 day or less since I started using CPAlead I'm not a super genius and make milions on my first day.
Spamming, Mal-ware, Ad-ware, or any Malicious Content
- I don't spam I strictly used SEO to generate traffic for my site, a wordpress plug-in called "wp viral traffic" wich asks from the user to refer my website to 2 people for him/her to be approved to watch what he/she was looking for, I used that plug-in to make my site spread a little faster and the "Visin's AIO CPALead" Plug-in so I can input my CPAlead widget code to my posts with ease.
My guess is that a moderator visited my site, opened a post and didn't refer my website to at least 2 people so he can confirm that there is in fact content on my website, that is the content that i promise to my viewers.

 

@CPAlead, i recently got a msg from the admin stated that i can cashout the money of whatever i earned and my account must be terminated. this is a nice deal for all publishers so pls dont post against cpalead.

 

People on Black Hat World do not like us because... they get banned for black hat activities. Our TOS has been clear all along, they chose to ignore it.

 

Sorry, claiming ignorance is bullshit.

Why there is no action taken against the website referred here. Are they following CPAlead TOS ? The sale thread itself boasts about how they are earning from CPALead by violating TOS. I was only following the PTC traffic strategy.

I know that I did a mistake by violating CPALead TOS but I am looking to reform.

I am referring to the thread ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1811446 ). Are they following CPAlead TOS ? The sale thread itself boasts about how they are earning from CPALead by violating TOS ( PTC Traffic, PTC clickers ).

Why there is no action taking against the website mentioned in the thread ?

wow! for some folks that are reading this thread there is a war between webmaster force and Troy of CPAlead.com
But basically, folks should be fore-warned when they break any part of the tos and not outright, you will also note that not all the traffic were generated from fake or things that are against the tos, think about it!

 

Why did they set affiliates as auto-approve if they care so much about compliance? It's only normal for them to cut some people out - they almost killed the entire mobile market with all the adult, warez, and copyright infringing content they had locked. I have friends that lost their entire short codes because of the mess.

 

My account was reinstated by Troy last night.

 

I care because I feel that justice should be fair. If I am banned because of a particular reason then why the other person is allowed to continue for the same reason.

Well, CPALeadTroy has been gentle and advised me to reapply which I have done but it hurts when I see another person blindly violating the rules and nothing being done about it.

Check the same site ( http://ptcfreebie.com/ ) again. Now completed surveys have reached 660.

 

If you reapply and prove you have real content that you own, then your account is not approved. If you can prove u can use copyrighted material u are ok??? ok i'm lost

 

How do you know he's still using Cpalead? Maybe he has a different network on there now.

 

Troy was in touch with me but someissues with my account and he was not able to reinitiate.

Got my account back this morning.. now I will focus on making some cash. My advice do not look for some ebook (blackhat) method to make money. If you were terminated wrongly prove your case. If you still don't get your account back, it is not the end of making money online. There is no method someone will tell u in a ebook that will work or is not saturated or will comply with the TOS agreement. Create your own content. That's all I will do from now on.... Well I don't have any issues with this website or the owner. My only concern is whether this type of website is allowed or not.
