I must admit that there are some flaws on their TOS but I also believe that they're working on it. We can see how Troy and Robert are handling this issue on this forum. Like what we always say.. Everything is working progress. Even Google's adsense have flaws on their rules and what worse about Adsense is their support is the worst support out there.

I think CPALead do right. Before you join a community, you must have read/agreed their rules/TOS.
You are lucky that they pay in full before terminating account. Other network? Never...

Hey I just wanted to say, for the 30 days inactivity problem.
You can do this, Use firefox add on by them it's official.
That shows you earnings and so. I love it, most people are lazy.
But most Internet Marketers use that add on, i think whenever it checks your clicks and earnings.
it shows you logged in, that way even being lazy to check by logging in.
    You can do that?

As I suggest before, For the 30 days inactivity problem, the best thing to do is just to deactivate all the widgets of that accounts instead of deactivating the account itself. By doing that, CPAlead might avoid many complains that their account is banned because of inactivity which is a very bad image for them and that will also give comfort to those publisher that wasn't able to get active because they'll not need to create another account and no need to create a widget again(If they will let the publisher activate the widgets again by themselves)

    That is just my suggestion.

I do agree with dlm, this incentive small pay leads simply asks for shady marketing. If it was about something legit where you create some legit content, much easier to work with very solid per sale program or membership type of sites like porno (lol), mmo games (WoW, Starcraft, etc.), various learning systems where you monetise your content. If it's not yours then CPAlead is ok and most obvious.

It's really better to go with PPN, Leadbolt, Loudmo, etc.... At least they somehow know it's all shady and close company when it hits hard but then ressurect again under new name, some are unhappy, but those who used to it know that they will earn again very soon. That means they accept they are shady and protect their publishers and not FUCKING STEAL their money! You are stealing money CPALEAD, no matter what BS excuse you have behind that.

Are you saying we should encourage anyone to violate our TOS and still be paid? Which means we would be providing an incentive for people to fraud our network?

We are taking a hard stance against fraud to ensure this does not keep reoccurring. Giving a warning to someone saying "Hey you know you're frauding our network, please stop, but we'll still pay you for your earnings" will encourage them to do it again under a new account.

You encourage it in the first place so here is what you've got. Publishers was accepted with their sites/traffic channels. Then you simply terminated them cause rules have changed. You can simply pay them what they got so far and then terminate them and for future never allow future or present affiliates to earn money such way... Anyway it will not be as profitable as it was.

To me it's like those idiotic advertisers who comeback to CPA network and told them that lead didn't worked out and he will not pay....fuck... NOBODY CARES! They agreed per lead, all leads were compliant like it should on start, they accepted them then comeback with that BS.... go with PPS if so. Advertiser is a businessman and take risk too, publishers cannot give refund on Facebook, Google, media buy companies cause traffic was not profitable, nobody cares, why should we ?!!! I understand that he is at loss and will not work with me or CPA in future, but for now, why I should take ALL fucking risk ?

Out advertisers there so I will never work with them no matter what song they are singing.

How to reapply ? We can't login with the same username and password which was earlier. When I am mentioning the email id while registering again, it says that email id is in use and contact tehnical support.

Also, I did not breach any cpalead terms and conditions. Why was my account banned ? All my earnings are gone. My ID: 45179

    Stop being a girl.

You need to be a man and face the consequences of your actions. If you do fraud and break the TOS they will ban you. The legit affiliates are not getting banned from what I can see, only the ones that spam fb, craiglist or have fake content. I understand why CPAlead has decided to clean up the mess and ban such affiliates. It's because of these spamming affiliates, that the legit affiliates are getting lower payouts, and advertisers removing offers

Well, I got a PM from CPALEADTroy which says

" you were sending us PTC traffic from what it says. We do not allow that per our TOS. It brings really low quality leads. "

My Views: I agree the traffic was PTC. But I was getting traffic to my Rewards site so that the members can see the benefits ( prizes ),register, do the surveys and not directly to the leads. I was not aware that it was against CPALead terms and conditions. I request to reactivate my account again & I will take care henceforth.

    What surprises me:

    Check the thread : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1811446

The rewards site is fully PTC targetted. The traffic is from PTC sites, the users are PTC clickers then why it is still flourishing ?

Check the same site : http://ptcfreebie.com/

    # MEMBERS: 2066
    # PAID: $221
    # SURVEYS COMPLETED: 658

Thus they have paid US$221 from purely CPALead earnings.

Highlighting some portion from the thread below:

Here CPALead is not bothered about traffic source ( PTC sites ) and low quality leads ( PTC clickers ) ???

Does it not show partiality towards large publishers ???

    Any answer CPALeadTroy ???

Just do what I do and give anyone who's breaking the forum rules 1) a negative reputation and 2) report their post. Eventually, they will be banned.

So basically - you broke the rules and got banned. You found someone else breaking the rules (a couple months back) and wondered why CPALead was allowing that? Seems to me like the guy selling the site knew PTC traffic wasn't allowed on CPALead - why else would he sell the website for only 1-2 months of revenue?

As I said, the vast majority of the people complaining in this thread violates the TOS, got banned and are now bitching about it because they got caught.

Well, I really did not knew that it was against CPALead TOS. CPALead has a good reputation in the market. Also, each and every company have their own TOS which needs to be followed. I should have gone through their TOS properly. I am only expressing my views.

I can only ensure that I don't repeat my mistake and request CPALeadTroy to restore my account or alternatively let me know whether I can reapply.

My only concern is the below part:

I got misguided by wrong thread on CPALead part ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1811446 ). Here we can see that the traffic is from PTC sites, the users are PTC clickers.

With respect to the site mentioned ( http://ptcfreebie.com/ ), it is breaking the rules since several months then why is allowed to continue with CPALead ? See the no. of surveys completed i.e., 658

    Please answer CPALeadTroy.
