Im just wondering if anyone else has lost there mobile offers from cpalead, just the USA mobiles.... whenever I ask a member of staff about it on msn or in the chat, they ignore me, its as they want nothing to do with publishers anymore, there attitude recently towards publishers is getting worse day by day, and I received a form via email, which is the biggest load of BS I have ever read. They say they have removed the mobile offers from people promoting copyright material, like movies, but I know a guy who does nothing but movies and he still has his mobiles, yet me and a good friend have lost them, and we havn't done movies in a long time. Form 1 says: I, ______________________Publisher ID: <________>, hereby agree to the following terms: I will no longer infringe on the Intellectual Property and understand that downloading, copying, sharing or otherwise distributing copyrighted information such as songs, movies, software, games, etc. without express permission of the copyright holder or agent is illegal. I have removed all infringing materials and will not engage in subsequent copyright infringement activities. I also understand that any subsequent violations of this policy will result in other actions in accordance with CPAlead’s terms of service. I understand that CPAlead LLC reserves the right to withhold future earnings and may terminate my account if I refuse to comply. I also understand that any continued infringement will dramatically affect CPAlead’s relationships with its advertisers and potential copyright holders, and will cause CPAlead significant damage to its brand, reputation, and financial viability. Form 2: Read form 2, its basically sayin I have been breaking there TOS, when I havn't!
He was promoting copyright infringing material and we received a complaint from the owner of that material. To protect ourselves, we have removed the CPAlead widget from that content as requested from the owner of the content. To protect our advertisers, we removed the advertisers who asked not to have their offers shown for publishers who are suspected of copyright infringement or have taken part in these practices. No earnings were revoked.
I wasn't promoting any copyright content, and I know a guy who only does movies, he has made over $10k from it, and he still has access to the mobiles..... I think when this decision was being made, random publishers where just selected, and it is unfair to those, like me who where not promoting copyright content, fair enough, I had a movie site, it was my first ever money making site, but I gave it up a long time ago, and only made like $200 from it. Also, how do u even know who I am to say that u received a copyright complaint about my material?

actually, i found out not having cpalead mobiles isnt the end of the world. Totals: 6,873 264 $0.09 3.8% - $648 Code (markup): heres my today stats, using adscend media. Im glad cpalead removed my mobile offers in a certain way, that was the only reason i started trying out other networks.
You need to think out of the box to promote mobile offers... & yes you should also look at other networks..
well till now no response from them heard from someone about them & applied for the program get a email , approval takes time at least two day or so .lets see how it goes . Watching lass vagas time since morning .now at least response as its 12 o clock there and am nearly going to sleep .
I just did a post about all their issues, as well as an alternative. Through the alternative in 10 minutes I made $6 from 3 leads. In about 7 hours today in CPALead I earned $25 from 48 leads... http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1851349
Was with cpalead for a while but it has come crashing down for me. Gone with leadbolt.com who seem to be the best in the space at the moment. Already making some decent returns.
