Anybody having any issues with getting leads. The last 45 mins i've had no conversions on offers that are normally 30% ratio.

 

Which U.S surveys would you guys recommend? I've got only one survey enabled right now, which pays 0.30$ and is converting quite well. Any other good converting survey that pays at least 0.30$/lead?

 

My leads aren't showing for those offers either loller. Hopefully it's just another issue on their end again and will get sorted out.

The "Who did you vote for?" Survey was a bad offer, it wasn't doing as well as we wanted it to do so we pulled it off the list.

Yea we seriously need some good surveys....and on a consistent basis with at least 1 survey that converts well.

 

Any word guys on the gateway covering the new megavideo code?

It does, but it would be nice if we could just post the new code there without having to worry about it.

 

Hey everyone I'm back from my Honeymoon I was on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii. Jeremy was covering for me while I was gone, if you are a premium content user, he is probably your affiliate manager. I am better to help those who have concerns about their stats or have questions or concerns about the function and future direction of the premium content tool.

I have been informed that for the last week we've been having some small problems with the reporting in our system. The conversion rates have been all over the place, and this is due to one of the process on one of our partner networks locking up, and then becoming "unstuck" later in the day. So conversion rates will seem low, and then when it's unstuck, they are normal and your delayed leads flood in all at once.

We are pouring money into full-time experienced programmers to fix this problem. We're talking about guys with 25 years or more experience in programming and database management. Just so you guys know, things are going to get better soon within the next 10 days. Just don't panic! Be patient, the conversion rates are still through the roof even though they might not reflect that way instantly due to these recent stat delays. If anyone has any questions or concerns about it, let me know! I'm willing to help you through these confusing times, but I know you will be beyond satisfied with the new direction when these small problems are resolved.

 

Troy, it seems that CPALead isn't working properly with the new Megavideo player - could you please fix that issue asap ?

Troy - I'm not seeing any updates whenever you guys say things like this (in reference to the leads not showing). My stats from the day before are always the same. Are you saying that basically the leads are given the next day and our epcs should be higher then? Cause honestly I'm not seeing that happen either.

How long ago did this start happening to you? I want to get more details about it as your problem might be different.

 

I think the first time i remember there being questions in my mind was right when you guys were doing the testing over that weekend, and a few of my offers that had been doing great dropped off the map all of a sudden, even though I only had those enabled. I can't remember specific surveys, but I remember wondering then.

As far as this most recent time, the main survey I'm referring to is Free Gift Cards Now. It was averaging around 0.16 epc this month so far for me, then this morning when I woke up there had been over 100 impressions with no conversions. It stopped converting last night when the stats reset at 10pm PST. That's when it usually happens it seems.

Another thing that would help us is some variation in the survey names. Two offers called Instant Approvals Now, and I have no idea which is which when trying to compare the stats.

 

Surveys come and go, but sadly they die off before they go. When our advertiser's removes an ad from our network, clicks on that survey will not convert into leads. That is why we have our system setup to put the highest converting offers at the top and to let the offers that do not convert well automatically disappear from the Gateway.

Some publishers block all surveys except for the three that they want to keep. I do not recommend this method because it's best to have at least 8 back up surveys so no potential is wasted if one of your top converting surveys stops converting well.

As far as the identical survey names, I will have this fixed tomorrow. It is probably a small typo. Thank you.
