CPALead team, you should take care with the fake content, I saw some people create a fake site, talk to visitors complete survey, after that redirect them to an other site without the content that they expect. For exampe, some guys say that his site has a full version of the movie even this movie is not released in the theatre (I can provide a lot of sites like it). After visitors complete a survey, they will only get a trailer. That's scam. And the visitors will never re-complete a survey when they get any site that has CPALead gateway, because they had a bad impression of CPALead gateway. They will think that the CPALead is scam network, and we will can not talk them to complete an other survey even if we have a heavy content. So, please add the rule and force the publishers provide the real content as they promise visitors.

P.S: If you allow fake content, please confirm so we will try to get more leads.

 

I've never understood why people ask the "do you allow" questions on these forums when all you have to do is go read their terms of service.

If, for example, you have a streaming movie website and you post links wher eyou can watch this movie (megavideo, youku, etc), is this fake? Technically, it is fake, as you do not host video yourself, you only give the link. Right?

No, you are not fake if you provide a link to view movie. Here is an example of fake site: www.acidpoint.com/?p=21 . After complete the survey, you get an image, and nothing else. The fact that this movie will release in this week. And you can not find this movie link on the internet. That's fake, I will be very angry if I was a victim. If you think that site is not fake, then I don't have any other word. Let Troy and Jeremy say.

 

I meant fake as they don't even prode a link to the movie. They only provide a static image which looks like an embedded player.

Ehm well most companies have an TOS which is 10 pages long where I often don't get any wiser from. So I mostly just asks the company or people who work with them very much. I guessed it wouldn't be allowed and I hoped it wouldn't be allowed because it will give a bad impression about CPALead.

When I see one doing it I will report. And by asking that question I thought to bring it up to the community so anyone knows about it so they can report it.

Yes, we must fight to this kind of site, we do it for us. Why? Because it's very diffucult to make the visitor to complete a survey if he/she has ever been cheated. But if we provide good content, he/she will doesn't mind do it. So, this kind of site is killing CPALead network and our business.

 

I submitted a second application about a week ago and never received a reply. Reaching anyone on AIM is difficult. Even when I do, no one is ever there.

Should I even reapply? I have been wanting to join for a while, but I can't see to get in.

Yes I agree, CPALead need to take some serious actions to those cheater, because this will hurt other publisher and the entire network.
