I urge you to reach out to an affiliate manager where we would be happy to look into this further for you. At the very least we may be able to provide a better understanding of the events surrounding your account.

    I assure you we do not "steal" from any publisher, as this method of business would prove as no benefit for us in the long run of things. If it was surrounding a compliance issue, I am certain it would have been for reasons in which would be better discussed in private. That being said I would still be happy to retrieve thorough details for you, or any publisher, as well as look into any options we may have to recover your account.

    cpalead like ban user from country like as polnad is small country but big cash for them. If they be fair writing in advance that something is not ok. It was a file hosting

    PS. I dont have any problem with adscenmedia, adworkmedia and adgate(work over a year)
    so everyone can see who's lying here :)

    Listen me, i worked for 3years+ for CPAlead. CPAlead never steal moneys,they only want to agree with rules.If you do anything wrong they need to ban your account.They cant pay you if you make your earnings with fake contect,blackhat or anything.I remember one time when CPAlead have banned me, affter i have changed my site they have return my CPAlead Acc and payed my earnings.So, if you have maked Fake Content they need to bann you.

    Sorry for my english, hope to understand me :).

    PS. only wrong thing with CPAlead is EPC that have been down for 70%(last 5 months) and now im not working with CPAlead becouse other networks are offering me higher EPC (When they make EPC higher i will return to work with them, becouse i love CPAlead) :).

    Hello,

    I having issues with the postback service since saturday, i talked about this already with CPALeadJustin on skype, saying you were making soem changes to some systems including the postback service, it would been all ok at sunday.

    Still today i'm experiencing issues, i'm not recieving any requests from the postback while my widget is generating leads, sometimes i get all delayed leads in short time of period hours after they were generated.

    Is there any news about this? Can't seem to find any information about when this will be all fixed.

    As far as I know, we resolved this and it should be up and running. I have not heard any further concerns since Friday afternoon about this, but I will follow-up with our technical team to ensure it is not still an issue.     Anyone here experiencing a redirect after exiting the content locker?

    Everytime I'm exiting the content locker widget on my website whether it is by pressing the back button or closing a browser's tab I'm getting this

    Aside from the content locker tool, I don't have any other tools like "Exit Banner Tool" on their list, and I was surprised to see this.

    Any affiliate manager here from CPAlead? I hope you guys aren't secretly squeezing any income from us "AGAIN".

    After digging into this more we have found that this is an additional tool added to our system over a year ago for traffic retention. It is similar to the exit traffic tool but added as an additional feature to each content locker that is receiving traffic. You are more than welcome to enable/disable this feature or I can remove it at your request. Just know when it is enabled, you are receiving additional revenue for offers completed using this retainer feature.

    This just happened to me this week and if it is enabled a year ago already, I think every publishers have the right to at least know that it'll happened and not just enabled it to everyone without giving us a heads up first.

    The fact that us publishers only choose "content locker widget" means that we only want "that" for "our" websites and such feature might ruin our traffic because of that annoying exit tool (no offense). Plus, the fact that a publisher is not using the "exit traffic tool" that you guys already have means that he doesn't want that for his website, why are you guys enabling that w/out our knowledge? and what's that purpose of this feature if you guys do already have the "exit traffic tool"?

    This has been the problem with CPAlead ever since, you keep on adding features on the "content locker" tool without giving us an information about it first and you guys are automatically enabling it for us.

    Give us a heads up first and let us enabled it for ourselves. This is our website and we know what's best for our traffic.

    Just instruct me where I can disable it and I do it myself.

    @Irule272 - just to follow up.
    I understand your concern, however a little over a year ago, we received feedback from the community on integration ideas. The topic being exit traffic tool system and how instead of having to add separate code, having something more automated as it actually was a bit confusing for some at the time to have it separated. With the idea in mind we were able to tweak our content locker incorporate this feature. That in mind we also left the ability to enabled/disable this feature for each created locker individually. We did this as to leave it up to each and every publisher to decipher whether they wanted to keep it or not. We avidly listen to our publisher community's ideas, insights, and suggestions as this aides us in improvements from the publisher perspective. To present day, we had not received negative feedback or complaints with this feature as we took it from a publisher perspective, and agreed it was a great way to incorporate this feature and add a little extra revenue to every publisher. With that being said, I would like to extend an offer to ALL affiliates interested in removing and opting out of this feature to contact their affiliate manager directly for assistance if you have having trouble locating this on your content locker.
