The suggestion that we would or have deleted a random publisher who had $30.00 in earnings is a very poor one since, under normal circumstances, it takes a manual effort within our account where we confirm more than once before deleting an account.

just my little add on to the accounf deletion....i know afcount deletions happaned and by the masses...i also had many referrals along time ago...one of them had been a famiy member...just because this person didnt login for 30 days was the reason for deletion...forfeiture of their money....but cpalead said they were welcome to rejoin!!! well why delete the account in the first place????

 

I`m not aware of the exact circumstances regarding this account but there have been no account deletions for simply not logging into the account for 30 days, any accounts that were closed had no activity whatsoever for quite a long time.

 

This happened way before you got on board. This happened some time about a year or so ago.... But regardless it happened and the reason we were given was that people who did not earn or login in 30 days were purged....Many here can confirm that it did happen... and like I said at one time I had family affiliate... and for that reason they are not signing back up... but thats just how it goes...

 

The majority of the earnings were referral earnings, there was no reason whatsoever to close my account.

Apart from the fact that some referrals were inactive which does not make any sense to me.

The account had a couple hundred referrals and was suddenly closed recently without notice (I was not even using it anymore, the referrals slowed down for months on end) and still it was closed. Don't remember who, but an affiliate manager told me to JUST CREATE a new one.

I drove over 1200+ publishers to your network - (could've easily build my own network with that amount of publishers).

Hilarious.

I remember the days when you guys were always aware of holidays and got payments out before when the payment date landed on or around the holidays!

 

I have a strange issue. I did not get any payment but the amount I should be paid is gone. Its not in the history saying I got paid and not waiting to be paid... ???
