I did not wanted to make this post. But its been almost 14 days. My account is still frozen. I sent 1 mail on Apr 15 2011 at 5:04 AM. There was no reply. Then I again sent an email on April 20 2011 at 10:31 PM. And there's still no reply. Disappointed.

who did you email? i have never had any problems emailing them

 

Oh I see. I emailed security[at]cpalead[dotcom] at first. Then security[at]cpalead[dotcom] and CC'ed john[at]cpalead[dotcom] in the mail. Now I just sent an email to john[at]cpalead[dotcom] with the subject as "SkullHacker" and my Publisher ID in the message. Lets see what happens.

I've been waiting for over a month now to have my account unfrozen. I removed the site that was violating your ToS (which had been looked at many times before by one of your employees who said nothing) and even emailed you the paypal receipts you wanted. I have been ignored for around 2 weeks now by John Bryant, I then emailed Jeremy but he has also completely ignored me after replying to one email... I'm starting to get extremely pissed off and will change company if this is not resolved in the next two days.
