Hey everyone,

I noticed another thread on DP addressing a lawsuit we recently filed against 365 Ad Solutions (parent or sub company of Leadbolt).

I wanted to officially address it here, since we have been getting a lot of questions about it and how it effects our current publishers.

While I cannot discuss details of the case, please rest assure this does not affect our CPAlead publishers in anyway. This incident occurred last year, CPAlead ate the entire loss and did not pass any reversals on to our publishers.

Unfortunately, 365 ran with us for months, refused to pay over a million dollars, deactivated our account without notice or cause, cut off communications, and then launched Leadbolt. You make your own assumptions.

We also had another advertiser (Tatto Media) who Mike Migliero (AM) at Leadbolt used to work for that refused to pay us $1.4 million that we will be pursuing sometime soon as well.

LeadboltMike used to be our affiliate manager at Tatto Media before leaving to join Leadbolt.

Any other details you want to know are located on the public Los Angeles Superior Court website. We will not be making any further statements about this case until it is resolved.

Thanks to all our publishers and the concern we have heard so far. Hopefully this issue will be resolved amicably and we can go about business as usual.

I need help by friday! I have been trying to get tax info from AdultAccessNow for the past two weeks but no luck. How can i get my total gross income if the sites closed and you guys dont send out 1099-misc. Im sure others have to pay taxes and im not the only one. Im suprised this type of stuff is not available. I asked my AM but he hasnt gotten back to me. Im just worried and hope someone from cpalead can help me? It would be greatly appreciated it. Thank You.

My account was closed due to inactivity because i was out of country. Isn't there some way to re-activate my old account. I have made about $400 there when i was active for a month. Can someone assist me with this? ( I seriously need it to be re-actived , i am trying to buy motorcycle clothes and need atleast 1000 euros for good uniforms - also summer is coming and i got lots of free time to earn some cash on CL )

I just wounder, there is offers that gives like 2-3$ for each survey. How can i get that surveys on my site?
I always get bad surveys that dosent give more then a few cents..

You can manually disable survey's... For instance, I disable low paying US survey's to move up better paying survey's to the first page of the widget

you should be able to but just be careful those sites are full of fraud. people start using addresses that are not theirs just to get the prize and your cpalead account will be in jeopardy

 

The Myvouchergeek script is very basic, so you will need to make a lot of modifications to make it work properly and find a cool niche. But sites and ideas like that are accepted as long as you offer what you promise to your users.
