cpalead pays on a net30 basis unless you make 1k then you get net 15. That means, after the month of working you wait 30 or 15 days to get paid. Now, you can also request an early payment or very early payment. Very early payment is requesting within the work month and costs 20% of your earnings. You can only do 2 of those a month. Early payments cost 15% and you can request an early payment after the end of the work month, between that time and when you're normally suppose to get paid.

i am applying their 3 times all the times i am got only just one denial reason

The reason for the denial is as follows:
It is unclear how you plan on promoting our offers with the website you have registered with.

and this time i used defined how i am gonna promote their things in 200 words still they give that reason
after that replying to that email address the affiliate mannager is not reply to that email and he still not at IM too online
i dnt see those guys online

Well i today call them too and what i hear that they just setup a autmoatic pone recording service which just just say press 1 press 2
Where the affiliate mannagers

My friend also tried to apply with them, but after completing the form on their site they contacted him and again asked to explain how he wanted promote them. Ok, he send again, but the reply was killer ... like "please complete again sign up form on our site".

He spat and successfully signed up with their competitors. Happy end
