Into this script has 3 lines,

$Posts[$CPA['name']]=$CPA['cpa_type'];

the 'cpa_type' field are not exist to that database table.

where are not creating any 'cpa_type' field.

Why are not creating 'cpa_type' field into the database table but this field are assigning to the variable? What is the purpose of this field?

Just upload the plugin, then go to your WP dashboard and paste in your widget code for whatever posts you want to block. Done in 5 minutes.

I've been using it for over a year with no issues at all.

 

Actually I was installed this plugin to my wordpress. But it was not worked to my wordpress site. For my wordpress site I am using http://www.press75.com/themes/on-demand-theme-demo/ theme. Then I was try to fix the bug and seen that the 'cpa_type' fields are not present into the database table. But this theme are calling 'wp_head' function. My others plugin are calling 'wp_head' function and working fine but only cpalead wordpress plugin are not working. So what is the problem to my site?

How about if i don't apply to Premium Survey Access ? i see my leads statics too low in this month although visitor come to my site is increase. Maybe your company count not of full leads i got from my site ?
