Most surveys terms state that the person filling out the offer must be 16+

I've seen a few 13+ surveys on other networks, but they are rare.

 

Ohh yes.. My application of premium surveys was danien.. And the reason is: "Your account has a history of suspected copyright infringing content."
Ok, now I really don't understand how I can access premium surveys, yes I had copyright content (movies site) but I deleted widgets from there just because I wanted to access premium surveys, but now I can't do that, because I HAD movie site IN THE PAST. Tory or someone, please say what can I do to access them, right now I don't have any widgets on copyrighted content..

 

Big scammer !! A lot of my friend get banned from them. They banned anyone earn much money ! So bad

As far as I know unless CPALead receive a C&D you are fine, however you get non-premium surveys.

When a TV niche site are become banned for Cpalead? Actually when we are register the TV niche site at cpalead then they are approved the TV niche site for survey. After some times or long times cpalead banned that TV niche site even they are not give permission for premium survey. why? I am very confused to this point that if cpalead are approving the TV niche site so why they are banned TV niche site and are not give the permission for premium survey?

Please clear the point.

I don't think so. They never mentioned if you used cpalead on movie sites earlier then you can't get accepted to premium suvey's.

 

Where Can I find this .js file to upload it in my site ?!

When you generate it, the site/cpa lead with give you an option to download the .js file.

 

No, you cant. If you have movie/tv sites, then you cant run premium surveys. Simple as that.

 

I have no tv/movie site or any other copyright content, can you tell why my application for premium surveys denied?
