Robert and Troy i have couple of questions about your TOS

This site is "watch sell" the movie "The last Airbander" tvdoom.com/watch-the-last-airbender-2010-movie-online-free. it also promote hundreds more movies that their copyrights belong to studios like Univeral and Paramount pictures.
So i can prove That the site owner is not the copyrights owner, but he is still using CPLAEAD Surveys to sell this movie.
so please answar clearly Dear Robert, is this OK with your TOS ?

Are you promise to give affiliate who use this method Immunity from banning ?

 

Yes it is legal to promote it.
They have not add Mobile surveys, so People dont add mobile surveys in Movies sites and you are OK.

thanks for your prompt response.Sir ! the reason of my account termination is that i was offering fake fv cash (which is not fake cash,its real) not any video thing (which we already talked about).And i only once offered a coke effect on pork video content ,and it was not fake,i did embed that video from youtube.which is still present on youtube.And NO other video thing i ever promoted.Kindly look into my publisher id # 55361.It is terminated for fv cash niche.And your security department also said that i was using download widget and was telling my visitors to do survey two times.which i explained in my previous replies (might be you read that).Sir thats why i am saying again and again that i might be banned by mistake.And i will admit any mistake because we are here infront of public.So i can never deny it.And i know if i try to be rude and defensive i can lose my relation with cpalead.So i will never do that.So kindly look it for me.waiting for your response.Thanks in advance

 

Hello i wont to ask before i do this.Is it allowed on cpalead if i protect youtube videos with cpalead getaway.Is this problem and does this brake rules

 

I reviewed your account, and it states you were banned for using bots to fraud our surveys. I looked further, and from the IPs we tracked, it appears each user that visited your site completed about 10 surveys before the next user came by and completed the same ten surveys. This is the worst kind of fraud on our network, and you will not be paid.

It's funny that someone on Black Hat World is posting about how innocent they are, and then proceeding to seem credible by saying that we ban everyone over a certain threshold. These guys will say anything to get at us.

YouTube videos are fine.

 

Guys seriously stop bitc*ing about CPAlead banning you. Im sure everyone who got banned knows what was the reason from the first place but took the risk in hope of staying under the radar.

I noticed a few people quoting from their termination letters saying that their account was banned because they didn't send enough traffic or didn't earn enough for the network, which seems to be a completely new reason not related to fake content or inactivity. Is this true? Are small publishers without huge sites not welcome anymore?

Perhaps instead of saying what isn't allowed, you might try the opposite approach and tell us what IS allowed now. For example, just tell us what kind of sites and how much traffic do we need to be ok with Cpalead so we aren't wasting our time.

Like many people, I too am concerned about all the various reasons that seem to come out of nowhere without warning. I am not a "big earner", as I had to switch my movie/tv sites to another network to monetize them, so my earnings with Cpalead now are quite meagre. However, I still use them on a few sites and I do prefer their widget customization over ALL the others I have tried.

I have spoken with Robert and his explanation was totally understandable (and inevitable, I might add), so I understand WHY this is necessary, but it just seems that the net is getting so wide that it's difficult to know what's right and what isn't anymore.

I see why this might be a little confusing with all the misinformation going on here, but we laid this our really clearly in our news statement.

To recap, we do not allow fake or misleading content, bots that auto-fill and fraud our surveys, adult content, or spam. These are reasons to be banned.

For accounts that were inactive for 30 days or no earnings for 30 days, these accounts were banned too, and paid in full for whatever balance they had - even if it was below the payment threshold.

Anyone is welcome to reapply to our network if they have been banned for breaking our TOS as long as they keep in clean the 2nd time around. There is a lot of money to be made here as long as you do it by not breaking our rules.

 

Oh, so they weren't banned for LOW earnings, but just for no earnings in 30 days? So, as long as a small publisher makes something each month then they're ok?

It was pretty much a one-time deal. Anyone that has asked to have their account back after being banned for this reason, has gotten it. We had to take this step to keep stale accounts from being sold to frauders. I hope you have a great weekend too.

Hi cpaleadtroy I didnt get any replay yet from my affiliate manager and john why my account is banned "frozen" that what you tould me why im banned is not true couse my website dont have any adult content and never will have.
all what i need now is ,can you please do something and giv me second chance couse im doing very well with cpalead and i would like to continue just giv me second chance couse my account its not terminated its just frozen without any explanation and its imposible to contact with john.

Please undurstand that that is small mistake that i had from from start when i started with cpalead, it's just a page about paris hilton home made videos, it do not contain any big adult vide, there are just 1video her playing with her doggy, and other she and some boy in the bad! Nothing more page is dead for years it have 316fans, and i didn't got single lead from it!

Notice: That my account is terminated for adult material! witch is not even real adult . . .

Please i like cpalead because of gateway and it's the only company i use and i like the most, and plan to invest serious amount of money with future work!

I have hope for this issue to get fixed. Thank you for undurstanding!

 

Still waiting a week now for someone at CPAlead to look into my account. I read on the forum if u received a payout to just reapply. Well I did that and I get a message that it is on hold (still). Pub number can be messaged to anyone who can fix this. I'm not a scam publisher. Right after i discuss my method of generating income with cpalead i see it being used on Facehook that is legitimate and no scam, so I'm pissed off that this is happening after they close my account and now someone else jump on it after I explained what I wanted to do?????

I have written on this forum asking for help and also emails to the network and everything is being ignored??? I was given a payout and I tried to reapply and I still cannot get my account???
