Thanks Robert, yes it is gray area and it is VERY CLEAR now for publishers who are still in the movie/tv shows niche.

Thank you for supporting us through this difficult time. It's never fun for anyone to have to terminate hundreds of accounts, but its necessary. To those that have been terminated, you still have a chance to reform your ways. If you reach out to me personally and admit your wrong doings, sign a form stating you will no longer break our TOS, then we will let you back in with a fresh, new account.

Then you are okay. Your account has not been suspended or revoked. If you worked it out with your Affiliate Manager in the past, which it appears you did, then everything is okay. Thanks for clarifying your status.

After looking at your account it appears you were promoting a hack for Facebook Poker Chips (which do not exist). This is fake/misleading content. If you are interested in Reforming your account, please email me .

We hope the audits will be done by sometime next week, then we can put our affiliate managers back on live support. Trust me, I cannot wait either until this audit is over. It's using a lot of our resources but it's extremely necessary to appease our advertisers so we can bring more higher tier & source offers to our network.

Okay, I just had to create an account to spit this out.

I think you guys at CPAlead are doing a great job right there. Having a lot of publishers promoting such STUPID, RETARDED, and FAKE content really gives your network a bad name. And on the long run, nobody would be interested in filling in a survey to get access to whatever content because THEY WILL believe that it CAN'T be the real deal. And as a publisher myself (let alone being hired by or even the network owner), WOULD NEVER want this to happen.

I've been a publisher since April '10, and lemme just say that 95% of the publishers use Facebook, and Facebook only as their promotion medium, having all kind of retarded and stupid ways to DECEIVE someone to fill in a survey, not caring about anything but their own GREED to make some money. Now this just proves to them that it can NEVER last for long.

I believe this issue should be handled from within it's roots, and from watching the chat box for a few months now, I know there are KEY things that you should deal with, here's my list.

1- Reward sites and the like should be disallowed, since 100% of the publishers never really give anything in return.

2- NO more Facebook CRAP, and that includes all the FBML's that are being sold left and right, Auto-like scripts, Misleading Applications, etc. Again, 99% of Facebook publishers just promote PLAIN SHIT.

This is probably going to cost you LOSING a big number of publishers, but I'm sure you guys are willing to take that risk, to save your network from falling apart.

And one last thing, as a person who thinks properly, and applies logic to just about everything, I'm staying with you guys till further notice, and I'm determined to monetize EVEN MORE websites through your network.

You guys are doing a great job right there, so keep it up!

Hi, I took 400 dollars from cpalead, until now. Without any problem, they laid out always. but, I wanted to take my last earnings. I want to enter the site two days later, i learned that was my account deleted without any paying. The reason of deleted my account is not illegality. İt's deleted, because i didn't use it for one week and i needed to re-register.

    My publisher ID 41887

Please Open My Account or pay my money

Wow where are those who're complaining about their accounts being banned? They're all now gone. LOL

This is your best chance to clear your name while Rob and Troy still have time to re-evaluate your accounts.

You're statement about reward sites is total BS. A good chunk of my income is from running a network of reward sites and I ALWAYS give what I promise to my site members. Sure, there are a lot of scammers promising cars or $800 iphones who never deliver, but to say "100% of the publishers never really give anything in return. " is a flawed assumption.

I just had to point that out on behalf of the HONEST publishers at Cpalead.

Any clarification onto why I was banned?

    Additionally -
Speaking from a business perspective, why just ban all these publishers? Not only did it create havoc, but potentially a short-term "bad-name" for CPALead. Personally, I just think a warning should have been issued to the individual publishers who were in violation. As it was the publishers responsibility to understand the ToS, I see the justification in banning those in breach of the contract. However, why ban and create havoc, when a simple warning could have been enough to change publishers. Why not at least alert them to the fact that they were truly in breach of contract (with potential consequences if their methods were not changed within X amount of days).

My point: In the business world, I was brought up to believe that if one is not doing their job correctly, they are offered a warning, and THEN they are fired if they do not change. To me, it appears CPALead skipped a step, and fired a whole lot of publishers. This has created turmoil that is going to radiate for some months - not only in my life - but in the lives of many others. This could have all been prevented if only a warning was offered, then a ban (for those who did not change).

    How was I personally affected?
A loss of a thousand dollars (Money towards a fall semester college education)

Please provide me with a reason for my termination, thank you Robert.
