You do accept spam and don't pretend you don't. Madison has my website information and advertising methods(spamming Youtube) on record. Why haven't I been banned? Why did he tell me I can spam Youtube. Why did Jason tell me I could spam Youtube?

Hense the simple question, define spam.

Now wouldn't it have been easier to anwser that? Rather than dragging this on and embarassing yourself and inturn the CPALead brand?

 

Troy are you and your team thinking? In this case it's very sensitive? A major flow simply because it's easy to make an account on any forum or social site to spam other publishers niche especially if you have a grudge on a publisher or jealous or any reason. Then the poor publisher who know nothing that his niche had been spam anywhere now got reported and boom got banned. Did you think that SIMPLE scenario?.. i guess not.

And i bet everytime you will answer any querries here, it seems upgrading just to justify your deed-- for the good of the company-- you wont even look @ publisher's point of view. Can you not rush things?it's big business, as you always claim you're the biggest network.. and also if you can have a heart please put some in, but it's understandable if you wont put any, it's business anyway

Just want to point out that if you do FB you are most likely spamming to get friends across tons of accounts, paying other people to spam their fan pages to get fans on their pages. That's how viral pages start lol.

CPAlead is a great network don't get me wrong, I just see a lot of things that are overlooked.

 

My EPCs have been way better since they started adding more surveys and my mobiles are back, AND they are removing the trash from their network? SCORE.. I love the new CPAlead. keep up the good work.

what if im so jealous of one of the top earner.. i spam his site to any forums i could think off.. 2 or more post is spam already (like 1 here he spam only once in craiglist) this top earner publisher doesnt even know. Now he's ban for spamming. Will cpalead do that?

then he go here asking why he's banned and troy will just over and over again repeatedly you have done wrong and violate our tos, .. in other words you're earning is ours...
poor innocent publisher, he cant get away coz cpalead had "the evidence"...

 

I dont understand difference between adult content and non adult. This movie is for me also only funny... there is no sex at all... only the word sex... definition of adult is different I guess.

hagure, to call a network that is backed by the likes of ryan eagle scum is not just rude, but ignorant. This industry is grateful to have those like ryan who want to better the industry and help their affiliates earn. only if more networks took the proactive stance he does, more over i believe you owe him an apology for being rude.

Hey guys...

There's something I gotta say for the defense of CPALead, they are the only ones out of many affiliate networks that constantly replying to your questions in this forum. I haven't seen any other networks doing it, and especially on this forum it's so easy to criticize but you gotta understand these guys are doing much more than they need. Way to go for sticking in this topic for more than 420 pages so far!

 

Whats considered fake/misleading content? I know not to make a website promoting a free car and whatnot, but where can I find a clear explanation on fake/misleading content? I simply have a website and make my visitors do a survey before they can access part(s) of the website. It's a page of just text (couple paragraphs), that tells the visitor how to do something. I have a widget (not a splash widget) implanted on the website.

I'm a bit worried with all these complaints.

 

Fake content would be if widget says "Lear how to cook a tea - unlock this page" and visitor can not find that info at all on your site or something very different...

I have a proposal for everyone and its very simple. If you HONESTLY believe you were terminated for false reasons, I am here to hear you out. I am personally on the forums (which I normally am not) to handle these requests. I am going to give you a full CPAlead guarantee here.

I guarantee that if you were terminated recently due to fake/misleading content, I will personally look into your case. Please post your publisher ID in the CPAlead DP thread, and I will review your account with our Security and Compliance team. But be warned, if you do in fact have fishy content or promotion methods, I WILL post your information on the thread to show everyone. If it turns out we did in fact accidentally terminate you, I will personally apologize to you in the forums, I will reimburse you for any lost funds during your downtime, AND I will give you a 5% increase in payout after reinstating your account in full.

This will prove to everyone that we are in fact only terminate accounts that clearly violated our Terms of Service. It also seems that every time we prove someone was in fact breaking our TOS, they complain that 'others were doing it'. I would really like to stop seeing this excuse over and over. We are terminating EVERYONE that violates our TOS. Keep in mind, we have 110,000 accounts to look through, which doesn't happen overnight. Also, do not complain that you learned your methods in the Marketplace, therefore it had to be okay. We do not screen all ebooks and guides from the marketplace, nor do we have the time to currently. We provide that as a service to help our publishers. If someone teaches you the wrong methods, it does not excuse you from the agreement you have agreed to when applying for our network and when you created your widgets.
