I've been using CPAlead for almost a month now and never had any problem with it.
However, i faced some minor problems and looking for help since last week but it seems that John or Robin are not coming online. i've added both of their MSN and AIM but all i can see is offline status.
fyi, im using your timezone so im not sure what the problem is...

I hope to catch them online today.

Why is CPALead support so poor? I have been trying to get into contact with my AM with no luck. Other affiliate managers who I am able to see online on AIM don't even respond.

Calling CPALead always ends up in voicemail...

 

I just got my account put on hold today for lack of activity , and just as I was about you use it... I tried to re-register with the instructions they gave, and it gave me no other choice than to contact my affiliate manager, so I've had to send them an e-mail :S. I'm hoping they get back to me soon, since I've learnt how to integrate it into some of my scripts..

 

That was my problem as well. I already got response from 2 people working in CPALead.

We will need to re-apply if we want to keep working with the Network.

 

We have closed all accounts that have been inactive for 30 days. This means that you did not log into CPAlead for 30 days if your account was closed for this reason. All earnings, even if you didn't meet the threshold, will be paid to you.

 

It's been 2 hours that im waiting for John to reply me on AIM.
It's Somehow hard to keep awake at 5am for a simple problem getting solved and not getting any respond.

Unfortuntelly my account has been closed too, i have made good money with cpalead and i have supported them/you always all the time i was so happy with you guys untill this morning when i got this sad e-mail from Robert and Jeremy... I think this is not fair ! :-(

 

Just apply for another account. If you haven't used your CPAlead account in 30 days I can't see how it's that important to you. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but this was a step we had to take to protect our network.

Ok let's do this i will apply for a new account now but, wait.... i have this funny feeling, i think my new account will not be approved !

 

Guys! Every time i asked help from one of the AM, i got respond in no time. Im really satisfied from the Support of Cpalead Staff. Love u Cpalead!

 

wow, I finally figured out what the Facebook method is. I was wondering how these people are making hundreds to thousands a day...with Facebook? Let's just say it's not exactly high on the integrity scale, but if stupid naive noobs are falling for it, then it is what it is...

ok if you are the boss of cpa why . why not give us some contact info here.
like 2-3 affiliate managers emails , cos like i say i cant , cant enter the site to get that info.
i feel dizzy going round in circles and getting nowhere...

 

Well, my account is frozen and they asked me to contact which is John. From the time i contacted him until now there is no respond to me. i guess you have to either employ more officers or you'll probably lose publishers.
