I don't know if this guy is just creating rumor here about cpalead not paying their publisher on time but in my case they are always on time and very active to help when you request a EP or VIP.

But this still is very alarming. Any CPAlead team here who can help this guy?

 

thank irule272, I do not understand why this happens so. every time I withdraw money when the CPA announced that it has sent the money to my paypal my money back but this time it was not there, I sent my tickets but have not been the feedback from them, I do not understand a story What they hope for my review soon.

 

Open a ticket or ask for help in the chat, there are always staff around. Maybe you entered a wrong account details or they sent it to the wrong account? Mistakes happen, I never had problems before.

Ok, that is strange, my tickets are answered daily. You could try to add Jeremy or Corey on msn? they are only daily too...

what is the best thing to do when you get DMCAs? Technically isn't aiding movies / pirated content still illegal?

 

Even just linking to movies or pirated content is still considered "contributory infringement", which is why people use offshore hosting where DMCA's dont apply, although if you get one you can simply remove the content it refers to and you'll be fine. Many people simply re-upload it again a week later anyway.

I was planning to run some PPC/media buy campaigns totaling to 5 figure with CPA lead offers, but I am concerned about somethings - one, in what cases do you forfeit earnings? I have no intention to send any low quality leads to advertisers but after reading some horror stories with other networks I'm a bit concerned.

How often are bad leads filtered? Daily, weekly, monthly? I don't want to spend my entire monthly budget only to find out that half the leads were filtered. I'd rather they be filtered asap so I can stop the campaigns.

Is there a problem with hiding the source of traffic? I have some great marketing methods which I'd rather that the advertisers don't know of (for both mine and CPAleads sake)

Hello,

We only reverse earnings if there was blatant fraud or extremely poor quality. This is a very rare scenario. We have more fraud prevention tools than most networks out there, so we stop most of the problems before they happen. If we do get a reversal report from an advertiser, its so rare and for such a small amount, we will typically just eat the loss ourselves rather than pass it on to our publishers.

In regards to hiding the sources of your traffic, there is really no need to. We hide the sources of our publishers' traffic to the advertisers for protection. Only CPAlead will be able to view your sources, and we will NEVER encroach onto our publishers' niches. We have a firm stance in never becoming a publisher ourselves because of the conflict of interest. Therefore, we do prefer that you reveal your source to us so we can assist you in maintaining your quality and prevent fraud together. If we have no idea where you traffic is coming from, it renders many of our fraud prevention measures useless.

Guys I would rather say support in cpalead is really great . I have contacted Jeremy over yahoo chat. Even in his busy schedule , he replied to all my queries and helped me to the maximum he can.
