when did u set up this network and what is ur payment policy?

I tested it in DW and I uploaded it. Not only did I go in and try it, I had a friend go to it from his computer as well, to no avail.

 

Thanks for the feedback, I want to make it clear that you should never test the premium gateway tool off your local machine, it always has to be ran from a valid website, If you're still experiencing trouble, could you please send me your URL and I can debug it

 

You know. What i would think is if you are advertising on sidereel. Just a crapload of users used the firefox report phishing site button.

 

That's what I did, I uploaded it and had a friend try it after it was uploaded.

 

yeah it can be that, i have maybe 20-30 links still there. i am only happy that its not cpalead that it came up for..

 

We are going to have a fix out today that stops users from seeing your content if they close Java. Instead of seeing your content, they will see a blank page or just your web site's background.

I'm going to start posting big releases like this as it's own topic here on the forum to let the members of Digital Point know we are finally making all the changes they long asked for.

I also was wondering if CPALead has a plain HTML page, or a mobile page? So I can check my account from my cell phone. If not, take it as a suggestion

 

What would you want on the mobile? You probably wouldn't care for any pictures, probably just stats correct?

While it's great that you guys are finally going forward .... I am still in need of more flexible options .... can the gateway be set to reset hourly, twice an hour etc. or do we have to log in manually to our accounts and clear all I.Ps ?

Also I have some adult scripts for my members to download and databases .... they do not include images or videos within the download it self .... they are set to crawl and scrape adult content once set up on other people sites.

My question is can I set up a gateway on these adult downloads and scripts ?

 

Okay, so you want the ability to grant access by the hour, rather than by day... I'll see what we can do about that.

You are allowed to use our Gateway to unlock scripts, but not adult content. If this is just a script that users can use to just crawl web sites and the script itself is the incentive, not the content, then it's fine.

 

Yeah .... just so that I am not giving all my content away after one install .... the only downside for you guys is - that you will get offers completed multiple times by the same person, the only way to combat that is to drop the completed offers per I.P and display new offers.

Yup that's the idea, I will only give access to the scripts zip file, installation instructions and support - I wont even have a demo of the script.

 

O. Well im not 100% sure what you mean. But you can show them the gateway again after one day already.

What troy was getting it at is that in your first post you wanted them to do another survey within hours not days.

But if you check in CPALead you can set it to say a day and then they have to re fill it out.

 

yeah but you see I have a lot of content and tutorials, but in the period of a day - a visitor could easily download all my eBooks, scripts, read all my tutorials etc. I currently get about $10 per member that joins to get access to all these downloads .... worth a lot more - but this is DP.

So I would like to stop the visitor with a gateway each hour instead of daily .... ideally every download or page view would be great.

The other mob with the gateway offer a custom code - so you can even have the gateway displayed several times per hour.

 

thsadmin, Why not just put a different Gateway on each one of your products you offer? That way your user will only have access to one product and not the other.

 

Oh .... I asked a while back if that was possible and the other members said it wasn't, do I need multiple accounts or just the one ? I figure I just log into my account and create the individual gateways - it's been a while since I have logged into my account.

That would be ideal, I would have a gateway for each download and for each set of tutorials.

 

Yep, you can, thats one of the nicer reasons to use a system where people can create their own systems.

 

thsadmin... we're making some real changes here.. please log into your account, you can create as many different types of gateways as you want under one account.
