Just to let you guys know I am the owner of that site. The reason it is on a panic attack site is because that is my only domain that I own, so I had nowhere else to put it. The traffic comes from somewhere else, a place which is accepted by CPALead.

As far as the free laptop goes, I will be giving at least one away with survey money but I fear since there is no way to prove this to CPALead as of right now they might have no reason to let me keep the money / not ban me.

I recently changed it so that the page that is unlocked is now simply a free laptop e-mail submit. It is my hope that this method will be less likely to get me in trouble, since its a legitimate free xps laptop e-mail submit.

I am curious to know which method CPALead would accept, and if my original method of sending out a free laptop with survey money would be considered legitimate, I will change it back to the old way, although I have stopped allowing people into the group so right now im not making the money off it like I was. So CPALead Troy, I would love your response on my method and what I can do to make sure it is legitimate and not be banned / have my earnings revoked? I hope actually giving away laptops is enough to make this legit, because then someones getting a free laptop!!

 

Seems like exactly a legit incentive site either way. I'm sure it was the seedy looking lander that caught some attention.

Haha well Im sure the method isnt much of a secret anymore so I dont mind telling you... Yep facebook group. Thats how this type of thing goes viral... people invite all their friends and it goes from 1 person to 10k in a matter of days.

 

I think that, assuming you're legit (you will give away a dell laptop), the old way was better. This new setup is horrible especially since the name of that website is right in the top of the page.

EDIT: you should definitely get some basic terms of service and etc... up there, though, if you're doing the giveaway.

 

Yeah you are right, I will probably switch back to the free laptop giveaway instead of the e-mail submit. I changed it before I saw this thread, because I thought that even if I have a laptop away CPALead would probably still not like that. I know if you guys are wrong I can't hold it against you, but these responses have at least reassured me that my method might be considered legit. After all, the leads are good leads, just not everyone is getting a laptop, only a few lucky people are. Thanks for the tip on the terms of service, I will be adding that to my page very soon to protect myself and CPALead.

 

i have to agree with this as well. terms of service and rules for the giveaway are a must to keep yourself safe

 

Hello all, I have a quick question! I see there are offers/surveys, such as "IQ Test" for the USA... are we allowed to promote these individually? For example, create a website offering IQ tests and direct them to our IQ Test survey link? So that if they do it, we get paid? I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed, but I just want to be sure... there's no fake content or anything against the rules as far as I can see, you are offering an IQ test and that's what they'll get, right?

I setup a Haiti Relief fund using cpalead through my business/ a local charity in my area. Doing well so far and it feels good to help out those to really need it right now.

Hello can someone give a guide on how to add the cpalead script to individual wordpress theme.I dont want the cpalead script to run on my home page as I see it affected my search engine results.
Any detailed guide on how to add the cpalead script in certain posts alone will be helpful.Can I just insert an head element simply by editing the HTML of the specific post or what?Thanks

You just paste the code on the single.php file of your wp theme. hope that helped.

Hi. Let me introduce myself first. I am website blogger, blogging about tv shows. Yes, I do monetize them through CPALead. As my nickname states, I am a big fan of the company because of how great a company they are. Support is very nice, earnings, and the people, my fellow publishers, are very great. Being with CPALead is like being part of a cyber family.

I have a site that targets keywords such as "Watch *tv show title* Season x episode x online". You get my point right? So what I do is post an article in my site and when visitors come, i put a link where they can watch the said episode, with the CPALead gateway on it.

SO with due respect to the visitors and CPALead, I never put the link where they can watch it WHEN THE TV SHOW IS NOT YET AIRED.

I have observed many sites and many do as what I am doing. Last month, I saw this blog: latestnewsinfopicturesvideos.blogspot.com

Everyday, the owner of that blog always put the links when the episode is not yet aired and even 4 days before the episode is to be shown.

You see, those shows are not even showing and there is a link already where they can watch this??

So lets go to the "site" or the link where they can "watch" those:

What? a jpeg picture of a zshare player? And when you click the jpeg image you'll get to a tv.com site, where almost no full episodes are available.

This person has been doing this everyday, blogging ahead and posting links even though the episode is not yet available.

This has to stop people. Lots of publishers doing this stuff are not cheating CPALead. They wait before the episode comes out.

I hope Jeremy, Troy, can take action on this. I hate Jehn, the fake pub before, i hope you punish this person the same way as Jehn suffered, as they both did the same right?

I hope CPALead does something, as this is not fair for those who do not do the faking scheme.

BTW, I love CPALead. I tried perfecttracking, IDZ, adscend, but the best EPC's and conversions are in CPALead. Thanks.

 

You should contact the guys from cpalead or this will become a drama once again.

 

cpaleadfan - its just simple common sense for the guy to create his posts before it is aired so that he can build links and get indexed by the time the episode comes out!

i had sites for TV shows 6 mth before they were even realised to get ahead of the competition.

 

Yes, I know, that's SEOing of course. But this person is putting links going to a CPALEAD gateway even though the episode is not yet aired.
Example:

This episode is not yet shown but why does it have a "CLICK HERE TO WATCH SCRUBS Season 9 EPISODE 10"? at the end of his post? And when you click it you go to his other site with cpalead widget and a fake video player.

Just put yourself in the position of people thinking that the episode is really there, completed a survey, and got nothing. Of course bad reputation for CPALead, it affects those legit publishers.. I am hoping to get a clear response from Troy here. Thanks.

 

Report fake publishers through the widget. CPALead DOES look at those reports and takes action if in breach of their TOS.

I have reported this site before (as this site is doing this stuff for many months now) But they haven't responded nor taken action.

Dont get me wrong, I am not sour graping, we have the same style, blogging about episodes but I pur "REAL CONTENT" and not like this person, When the episode is not yet aired, I put at the end "This episode is not yet aired, please come back soon as the link will be posted here". And when the episdoe comes out, I put the TRUE working link, not a fake video player.

Just look at the picture: I am an honest publisher, I am posting a "real" episode and posting it AFTER the episode has been shown. and then I see this site, it makes me feel cheated, as this site is getting away with pure fakeness.
