    Ok, friend,
    I got accepted in adscendmedia which i heard that they are alternative of cpalead. I am trying to put their gateway code in before </head> section. Bt their gateway is nt displaying ! ! Nw i am recieving almost 1k pageloads per day and there is no any monetization. So any1 can guide me best cpa network just like cpalead for my movie site ? I am recieving direct traffic with out any illegal activities. And realy miss cpalead team. But it is my bad luck to get denied by AM.thanx.

    You must not be setting it up right. Place the code in the <body>, it wordpress I put mine in the single.php at the bottom below the <footer>. If you can give more details about your site I'd love to help you out mate.

    You cannot offer cash as incentive to users to complete surveys. If you other other stuff (gifts, vouchers, points, premium accounts,....) it is allowed.

    Instead of using the widget, can we just pick from the list of surveys and send visitors to complete it? Basically setup a website with just those few selected (or even just one) surveys (without using the widgets) then send targeted visitors to this site. Is this allowed and has anyone tried this before?

    I want to promote many offers of CPAlead .. I am Indian so its not possible for me to look at a offer for once!?

    I can promote CPAlead offers by a Widget only? and not a single offer?
    how do I view the offers?

    You can get the single link but widget is just easiest. You cannot see the actuall offer pages if your not from that country (US/UK/CA/...) why would you wan tto do that anyway?

    Some do promote single surveys by themselves without our widget via PPC. This is fine and we do accept this method. However, we do strongly recommend that you advertise your content via PPC then use our Widget to monetize that content.

    Yup, you have to. I think we get up to £6000 tax free income in the UK, then after that it's some crazy amount like 40% tax... you have to declare it youself I think.

    You would only need to complete a W-8BEN, which is an online tax form. No faxing or scanning required.

    We keep these tax documents for our own records. They basically tell our government that we're not responsible for the money we pay our publishers, so we're not stuck paying income taxes on your earnings. These forms are only used in the case we are audited and the IRS wants to know where this money went and why we did not pay taxes on it.
