Haven't annoyingly made many leads so far, but the 2 leads I've got in the past week, I'm happy with, $5.00 for a lead.

Whats your main traffic source? Is your traffic targetted? Or is it simply 'junk traffic'?

Drop them a private-message and also a e-mail, then simply wait, you may of already been declined, check your inbox and your SPAM folder to see if you have any e-mails from CPALead, I was approved within 24 hours.

Do they still accept Very early Payments? for the 20%?

I don't understand is the early payment fee 15% 0r 20% ?

 

15% fee for NET 1 (1 day after your 30 day earnings)
20% fee is to withdraw earnings DURING that month

 

I know that 18+ Content is not aloud, but is posting of passwords to sites that are 18+ Aloud?. This means no pictures or videos. It's just the advertising of passwords for the 18+ Sites.

Yeah, I guess if they don't respond here I will just contact them. Their would be no adult images or videos. Really just links to download txt files. Their would be no adult language either. Just links to popular downloads.
