I do not have website - I use adwords and youtube to promote CPA will be accepted by your company?

Can I do a blog on blogspot so to say that I have a website to be accepted?

 

Do we a option to ask user if they want to support the website and fill the survey, they can cancel if they don't want to do it. And should be able to see website content.

I don't want visitors to force to complete survey, just want to ask then, if they are interested they will complete. So that i will bot loose my visitors.

Do you have this feature ?

Yes, that would be the close button feature.

 

So i can give them close button to close that survey, also is there any option if user will complete the survey or close survey for next sometime like 12, 24 hours he will not get that ?

Also can i display custom message above the "premium content" box ?

You can change the time they will have access to the content. You can make it so it shows up for hours or days, or just have it so once they complete one offer, they will never have to again.

 

Is there a option i can set this to not display survey for some countries? Like i get most traffic from USA, India and UK, so i am not sure if there are survey available for India and i will make money with it.[India is just example, it can be any country], so can i turn this survey off id there is no offer for that country.

Or is some visitor from India will complete survey which is for USA visitor, will i get paid for it ?

I know I am asking so many questions, and I really appreciate you help friend.

Yes you can change it to display, bypass(widget), or block the content for every country. You can also select whether to display the widget for countries without surveys.

You will only get paid for visitors from countries that complete them for that country. You won't get credit for someone from another country completing, for say, a US survey.

It depends on the type of site and how you implement CPALead.

what kind of content is it and when do you want it displayed?

 

Its just like articles that I want displayed after the user fill out the offer for CPAlead.

 

I'm pretty sure you can hide the content in the script somewhere, so it's not visible until they complete a survey.

 

What option do I select when I'm using the widget provided by CPAlead? They give options like download, ebook, music, video etc...

I applied to join CPA lead.Did not get any reply from them nor did they respond me back saying I am rejected.At least I want to know why they are not responding me back.CPA lead is having the worst service compared to other affiliate programs.I have a good movie website where I can drive traffic using you tube.I also wrote that in my description,but still didnt hear from them,its been many days I am waiting.At least why are they not responding back saying if I am accepted or rejected or not?

I bet you that you waited 3 hours for a response and you're whining already. It takes a couple days. I made $80 yesterday with CPALead.

BTW payment processed again (October earnings), so early I was expecting on the 15th of this month

EPC's has never been so higher it makes me want to work harder, this by far is my best month
