Not sure of this guy cpalead publisher or not, but what he says is true. My revenue dropped for about 40%. I also hear other cases of this in cpalead chat.

However, I saw this happened few days before new widgets. Actually, still running old ones.

What I noticed is that my epc dropped for about 40-50%. Did some high paying publisher cancel the campaigns?

Two post in a raw complaining - don't take this wrong way - I still love you guys. Just trying to figure out what is going on so keeping an eye.

 

I would like to look at your account and see if there is anything that stands out, some people disable waaay too many surveys, or their own traffic starts to decline and blames it on cpalead, even sometimes people just have such little traffic that its no surprise their stats are erratic. If you could PM me your Publisher ID I can give you my opinion

 

I am not exactly sure about the new Paypal option when creating Widgets. It says "No Paypal account required" but yet asks for Paypal API username and password.

 

I will update that description, at first it was not going to require a paypal account but now it does. Sorry for the confusion.

 

Thank you for confirming. I setup the Paypal API and integrated with the widget. I also tested it by making a payment from my alternate paypal id. I thought this payment would directly reach my Paypal id (otherwise why give the API and all that). But instead it went to CPALead's Paypal account itself (shows up in my statistics correctly).

Is it supposed to be this way?

I think our earnings got low coz "Tease Timer" thing is NOT working anymore with new gateway,Jeremy confirmed me this.

No, It is still working for me. I am using new gateway with Tease Time is 5 mins

 

What is everyones tease time? What time have you set it to?

 

Has anyone else experienced downtime? You are the only one that has complained about this and our server logs do not show ANY downtime, our new servers have been amazing.

Also our EPCs have been steady as always, there has not been a big drop as you suggest. If you have experienced 40%-50% EPC drop, that has something to do with your own traffic and widget setup, that is not our doing. If you are a video content publisher, you're pretty much still using the same Gateway as before, the only difference is, you have more options to add to that Gateway.

The new Gateway still based off the same code so there is no way possible your earnings have suffered that much because of the new Gateway.

 

I didn't experience any downtime with the new dashboard nor widgets, at first I was having problems to set up a new widget without having a "connection timed out" issue, but now it is working alright, is not happening as often as it was before.

My earnings dropped for 2 days, but when I removed the trial and purchase offers from the widgets, my earnings got high again, I only use surveys, not paypal neither SMS payment. After doing this my earnings increased around 45% the previous amount.

And one more thing, it's really normal having "bad days", that's why I keep track of the changes I've made and how that affected my conversion rate, so if you are facing issues, I seriously doubt it is because of the new gateway, maybe you could try something new, actors maybe??

You upgraded to new widget first and than removed trial and purchase or you kept old ones and than had to remove them?

Yeah, we have since removed Trial & Purchase from the creator for regular content unlock widgets, its not suggested at all unless you have very high value content.
