Of course, delay of one day is acceptable.
Delay of 3 and almost 4 days, in other hand, is not. Why four days?; because it was due to the last day of last month.

And there's no reason why I should be informed on thanksgiving and it's duration. As far as I knew, it was due to the fourth Thursday of November, not December. Maybe I was misinformed, but that's not the point; don't assume we all know USA festivities.

Anyways, I've recently had an answer from them: As some users already told, it was indeed with a problem in the funds of the Paypal account, which are being processed and cleared due to some retention or something. Not of course for the festivity, that's not a valid reason as I already explained (not at least to cover for several days of delay).

Your right. Its not your issue to know there is a public holiday that day. But what the hell do you want them to do? If the bank is closed that day the bank is closed.

 

That "day" meaning 4 days?.
Also a bank, meaning Paypal?.

I'm not asking for anything out of this world.
Even I can make a paypal transfer that day, or if not that very same day, the next, or the next to that. The problem is clearly not one related to holidays, since some users got their payments and some others don't; guess what, users with wire transfers (banks) got their payment also.

I should also say, I got payed on Saturday (NZ time) via Paypal for Octobers earnings. Sorry to hear about the people who haven't got payed. Knowing CPALead is a reputable company, they should pay out ASAP.

About the arguments made above about bank holidays, and complaints about late payments after the second largest holiday in America (pretty sure second largest, I may be assuming):

CPALead, I'm absolutely sure, does not conduct their business primarily with PayPal. I'm sure that is not their 'bank' and, here we go:

How many days does it take PayPal to finish a transfer to or from your bank account? 3-4 yea? And, if the banks were closed, and they may have been open Friday, but I do not blame the team for taking their days off and enjoying them. Its not a little site thrown together and ran, and even if it is or once was, those guys are pretty good and they do things in a professional way.

Im saying, after a holiday, as large as this one, I would expect to wait a few days into the month for a payment, and that's why I asked about it earlier on page 13 because I anticipated a delay, but was in high anticipation of payment as well

But yea, I'm sure not every payment processes same day, and if you look from pages 12 ish to 14 ish, you will see it seems CPALead was doing some payments a little early in anticipation of their own slow down over the holiday. So kudos if that was the case (and kudos if early payments are an often thing too )

If you are going to begin business with a company in another country to yourself then yes it is your responsibility learn that countries customs/ festivities, if you don't you wont get far in business.

If your due, You'll get paid...

The fluctuations in the CPA Lead conversion rates for offers is killing me. $20 one day, $3 another.. same traffic...

 

Axel, one thing I learned was that it is best for me to pretend high converting/high earnings days are my 'bonus' money, and my 'actual level of income' with CPALead is the lowest average. That way I always know there is the potential for higher than expected earnings, and I know exactly what I really make when there is no bonuses, which helps to plan for my next moves in making the average I use larger. Cheers.

 

Axel, make sure you have only a FEW surveys disabled. You are ruining your potential if you disable too many surveys as conversion rates fluctuate daily, just like the stock market.
