If you host the videos on your own site (and it isn't your material), it will end badly. You will get shut down at the least and possibly face criminal charges. But i highly doubt that it is against their tos in anyway.

 

mike- What if you stream it from another server? Or post downloads to free games that are hosted on... let's say megaupload.com?

 

You can post downloads to free games as long as those games are not hosted on your website. If they are your games that you created you can obviously host them.

You can host from another server (say an offshore hosting account), but remember, the whole linking to a uploading site hosting the file is a legal loophole that is on your side. When you start hosting the files on your server or someone else's server, you are asking for problems. Just upload them to megavideo and you will be fine. If you are interested in a different better video uploading website give me a pm and ill tell you one.

 

Our poll results for the next payment method, ended in a tie between Epassporte and Payoneer. Does anyone know which method supports more countries? We will let that break the tie.

AustinQPT - Yes it is against our TOS to mislead your visitors by offering them one thing and giving them another. It is very important that you give your visitors exactly what your Gateway says.

Payoneer is a winner, I have used it already with other companies.

 

I am so unhappy that moneybookers won't be chosen as a payment method.

I does have an account , My conversion rate drops everydays from last week about 20% to today 14% , it is a big drop and of course my earning drops too

 

Also , some of the offers which are on the top converting list like "Want Free Tickets to Thorpe Park" last week have about 19% conversion , today 0% , it is unbelievable and unacceptable

 

tkerlf2 - What is your publisher ID so I can give you better feedback? The UK survey you are referring to is converting at 15% network wide and is NOT our best UK survey. This survey had it's day, and has been replaced with other great performing offers. You cannot expect any survey from any network to stay a great earner for any length of time. If you have disabled all other surveys to ensure this one stays at the top, I would recommend enabling those surveys.

 

I think the great days of CPALead are back. I am constantly at 25% to 30% in USA and 22% to 26% in UK and Australia is 25% today. Tip guys: if you are running a video site (tv show/ movies) put something above the video like "100% working just added today July 28 2009" or "video now fixed and working" or you can even put your very own comment / reaction about that episode or movie if you have watched. -- "This movie is really a must - watch. Rotten tomatoes who had a review on this movie gave 97% which is I believe is an honest rating. I loved the scenes where...."


I guess it makes your site more genuine add the fact that you have the actual video

Pinoy is right, if you have a tv show/movie site, keep the content updated and working. You will see that 50% of your visitors will come back and do a survey again. I've some visitors who are a pro in completing surveys, lol..

Also use a nice template for your site. If your site is ugly, visitors will think it's scam. Also create a good gateway description.

My Advice: Take your time building your website (template, navigation), test things out for getting good traffic. When your earnings are fine, don't sit back and relax. Add more content and get more traffic.
