I was wondering when does CPALEad payout?

 

They are a net-30 company. They send payment a month after you make the money.

However they also offer an 'early payment' option which lets you receive payment early but with a 15% penalty.

 

So what you make by June 30th, you get paid on July the 30th?

 

yes, and that is how most all cpa networks operate.

 

With early payment when is it sent?

 

Early payment is sent any number of days after the end of a earning period.. So you can get paid for the month of june in the beginning of july.

 

help with tax forms, my country requires a voters registration ID before i can get my TIN or tax refferal number. and the registration has ended, can i use payment info of my friend?

 

LoL , that's not "Penalty" , that just a fee

 

If you are not seeing surveys on your site then you might have done surveys yourself earlier. Just check it out after deleting your cookies

Im pretty sure its because you cant add your own offers to the gateway. Adding your own offers is for the ASD tool only.

Now it's time to get that traffic really wanting what you have to offer.
I also suggest using a custom gateway skin. Making your skin match the rest of your site really helps to form a level of extra "trust" and will increase conversions. I have personally tested this and saw results immediately.

It looks like you didn't quite change all the elements from the Simpsons and Futurama site you "borrowed". I still see Watch Simpsons episodes in the title and metas all over the place. And you also have a bunch of Futurama references everywhere? You may want to get those updated before you start messing with SEO rankings. Hopefully that layout wasn't taken from mike810
