    Do CPALeads accept only sign ups from USA or its worldwide ?I mean , are sign ups from places as , lets say Netherlands are paid same or paid at all ? or it varies from how the advertiser has set it ? for example he may set it to worldwide or only for a specified place ...

    I think it would be great if CPALead did a few give-aways when publishers hit landmark amounts in earnings, so perhaps at $1000, it would just be something small- maybe a cpalead.com branded memory stick and then the give-aways get better at each landmark eg. $10k/$50k/$100k..
    Google are well known for doing this sort of thing, and people love it.

    I'm well aware CPALEAD are already paying/converting better than most already, but think this would add a really nice touch to a really great service, what you think guys?
