1.1.2. Ineligible Websites. Web sites that do not feature customer-friendly site navigation or contain content (including pornographic or hateful content) that CPALead, in its sole discretion, determines does not meet an acceptable commercial or aesthetic standard are not eligible for membership. If CPALead, in the exercise of reasonable discretion, determines your web site to be ineligible, all commissions, whether earned or unearned, shall be forfeit.

This would be more at the discretion of Blogger.com over CPAleads actually.

Check with Bloggers TOS, if you are trying to run their CPA portal or anything which is cumbersome to users, you'll get banned.

Is it possible to run the ads on specific pages of the blog or the code needs to be installed in the template code ( which will run the code on every page of the blog? )

Will it work on that post only? This would be great if so.

Well it means it'll display on the homepage if you have the post displaying on it.

Since the website I made that does this only consisted of 2 posts I was fine.
I just made a landing page and a cpalead page, then edited it to only display 1 post on the homepage and edited the dates so the landing page post displays on the homepage.

Yup, it's definitely allowed. :) I have encountered a lot of blogspot blogs which have the CPALead Gateway without any problems.

Sounds strange, a buddy here apply with incentive website got rejected by CPALead. I'm wondering if that blogspot website is all about video posts?

Did you apply for CPALead with only 2 blogspot posts?

    Cheers!

You can put your content on a page and make CPAlead appear for pages only.

I don't see any problem running CPAlead on blogspot, you own the blog and control what goes on it, so there should be no problems
