As many of you are aware, Adotas recently reported that there was a rumor regarding a potential acquisition of Media Breakaway. The truth is that we are currently in confidential discussions with a very serious investor. Nothing more, nothing less.

As with many successful companies in our industry, over the past few years we have been approached by various business entities regarding a possible merger or acquisition. We take this interest as a compliment, as it speaks to our growth as a business and the abilities of our team.

When one of these opportunities arises, we evaluate each one with the best interests of our Company, our Affiliates and our Advertisers in mind. We consider these evaluations to be confidential and do not comment on them specifically. If and when we do identify and pursue an opportunity that would allow us to continue growing and deliver even greater value to all of our clients, we will certainly let you knowâ€¦ and you will hear about it directly from us.
