They promise a $1 CPM, but has anyone had any experience with them that can validate that they are legit?

Never heard of them, their site looks very crappy and they don't seem to have any backlinks yet, I'd stay away from them until they gain some reputation
What kind of network are you looking for?

As posted earlier in this thread...
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=26044
...I've been working pretty hard on 3 sites but am not having ANY success with advertising.

Google doesnt seem to be sending any targeted ads. They're all random and I'm getting an average of .03-.12 cents per click and my CTR is about .02%

    I recently tried a SEO...
    http://www.pagerank.net/meta-tag-generator
...meta generator and added a bunch of stuff to my meta tags, but it hasnt seemed to work yet. Infact, I think my CTR has gotten worse.

Ive been doing research nonstop for the past two weeks but havent really found any useful information until I got to this fourm (thank god) but prior to this I read about CPM advertisers and figured that since my CTR was so low, CPM might be the way to go.

To answer your question, I'm not really sure what kind of program I should be looking for. I just keep feeling swamped. I just applied for miva and targetfirst but havent gotten a reply yet.

    Here are my 3 sites:
    http://gunzfactor.com
    http://hellgateguru.com
    http://supremecommanderhq.com

The combined traffic is about 15,000 unique users per month, an average of 1200-1500 visitors a day, totaling about 450,000-500,000 page views per month. I've been pouring loads of time into this and havent gotten any real results yet... I feel like a scrub asking so many quesitons, but any guidence would be greatly appreciated.

I just joined cpabet, I think their idea is ok as they use IFRAME traffic so it loads like ptp/ppc search engines in their little banner and you do not see them but can slow down you pages dramatically... On other forums I am a member there have been lots of postings about being paid but I personally don't think their $1 cpm is worth it as after all it slows down your pages.

I would apply to trafficmp . com and see if you get approved in their they pay reasonably well.. Not as much a cpabet but at least they do not use IFRAME traffic... but if you are after IFRAME traffic take a look at fastadvert.com they use IFRAME traffic but does occassionally provide a popup but they pay $1 cpm but have a min payout of $100

    Doesn't trafficmp only do popups?

I'd say you wait a little bit before you start promoting them. Fryman is right, it's a bit crappy!

Nup, they have banners of all sizes as well. Popunder is an option if you want to use it.
