CPA - Will it work in this type of site?

I'm portuguese, and therefore I have some websites in portuguese niches.
One of them is: temas-telemovel.com, which stands for Mobile Phone Themes, which is ranking fairly well on SERPS (dropped a few places some days ago, because it wasn't updated for a long time).

I've used Adsense to make money with it, resulting in clicks worth some pennys.
I've used Tradedoubler with a mobile phone apps/games/themes saller and it didn't convert very well (few clicks and only 2 signups for almost 3 months).

Now I've thought on using CPA Lead in the Themes pages (after user navigated to his phone category and entered a theme download page). As I've never used a CPA Program, I have a doubt: This site has Portuguese/Brazilian traffic only - Will it be useful in CPA?

 

Sure, a lot brazilian and portuguese sites are using CPA programs.
