CPA Sites that are not biased to nationality

    I understand that some CPA sites are not favorable to people from other countries. Do you know of any CPA sites that allow international publishers? Thank you.

    as a publisher from india i have been not only been able to be accepted in the account but also it's working normally on one of my sites. ( www.1441movies.co.cc)
