CPA sites recommended for Advertisers/Merchants

    I want to pay the publisher per signup to my site. What are some of the best CPA networks to do this with?

    I actually applied for the Publisher end and got rejected... hope I can get into the Advertising side of it. lol.

    If you got rejected then coming from the advertisers side of things I would think you would be excited about that as it more likely means that they are strict on what publishers they want to accept to publish their advertisers offers, which is all good for you, the advertiser.
