cpa sign up question

    when signing up with a cpa site does your name and details have to be the sa
    me whats on the form

    by form i mean the w9 or w8

    Providing real details is preferred since most cpa programs will verify this when you request a payment to your bank account...

    Providing fake details is against the terms of service for almost all websites, so I would not advise that practice.

    I've always used the same details and using different details would most likely be questioned.
