CPA Programms Wanted!: Email & Zipcode Only Please!

What the heck is wrong with all of these cpa offers sites?! Now even primary's email hasn't reached me, and when I tried to contact them via their contact form, it doesn't redirect to the "message sent" only refreshes the page!

I also contacted azoogle, about my missing confirmation email, and gave them my email address I used to register with.... they said they can't seem to find it in their database and requested me send them the username and password as well!

Noticed that most of these sites have similar web interfaces, that don't look so pro. Why don't they work on their websites' appearances?

There is a list with reviews of over 130 cpa networks listed here. Most of them will have a few freebie type offers. Also some of the networks still have some incentivizable offers, but not all of them.

My recommendation is to definitely don't use clickbooth for zip/email submits. They have a compliance department and their main goal is to find reasons not to pay you. You've been warned.

 

I have found 2 affiliate companies I am actively using. They are NeverBlueAds which is the third link in my sig, and AffiliateBot which is the fourth link.

Both have plenty of CPA options.

NeverBlueAds is a little harder to get it, but it is by far one of the slickest affiliate programs out there.

You can just create a blog as a temporary site (easy to do in blogger.com) and use search marketing providers such as Google Adwords to generate traffic to the affiliate offers you've chosen

but with a new blog i think the chance will be lower rite,
especially they will review the website first before approving.
anyway i will try it.
