CPA Program that Allows Incentives

I'm looking for an affiliate program with CPA offers that I can give my users an incentive to do.

My site isn't a "get paid to" site, but we want to give users the option to complete offers rather than pay us.

What are the best affiliate networks for this type of site?

I'm not real sure what you're asking. If you're just giving them the option to complete the offer, than you're not incentivizing.

Anyways, RocketProfit and MaxBounty both have various incentive offers. I'm sure the other big ones do, too...but I am only familiar with the two I mentioned.

CPAStorm is a good one. There are also over 140 more networks listed on the site in my sig. Not all allow incentive sites or have incentive offers but there are certainly a few listed there.

I always hear CPA Storm, what are their payment terms? do they pay on Net15? through Paypal?

 

CPA Storm is Net30 now and yes, they do pay by paypal.
