CPA People- Is This Possible?

    Hi everyone.

    Relative newbie here.....at least to this forum anyway.

    I run a couple websites and what I'd really like to do is build an email list for each of those sites. This means I want to begin on a list building campaign.

    I wonder are there any cpa affiliate networks out there that can do this?

    For example if I want to offer a dollar for every person that signs up to my list? Is there a network which could facilitate that?

    And if so, could you give me some names of some cpa networks to check out?

    There are many CPA network which have email related offer,checkout marketleverage,hydranetwork and neverblueads.
