CPA Offer Only Pay Submit Email/ZIP, Is't True?

    Hi,

    I have question for affiliater about CPA Offer. Advertiser say they will be pay publisher if user or consumer Submit email or ZIP CODE. Is it True?

    Because I has been test directly advertiser link (not My Affiliate link) and I put my email and SUBMIT. After that I look new page with many form I must fill. I thinks It is very difficult to making leads. So I want ask you, Advertiser Pay me only Submit email OR All Form Must Be filled and valid.

    Yes,there are many offers that pay for email/zip submit,check out the CPA networks.
