CPA Networks - Make Money On Free Give-Aways?

Dear Webmasters & Moneymakers,

Could you please help me out on the following question;

I have been looking for a network on which I can signup as affiliate for my blog.

Specifically,

I want to earn $ by giving away free stuff on my blog.

Example:
I'd like to earn $1 for every lead/ free signup I manage to get through my blog's URL.

I prefer PAYPAL as payment option.

I have been looking for networks that provide this kind of service but I haven't been able to find them.

yes, check the CPA networks. For example Maxbounty pays by paypal and have some freebie offers. Clickbooth have a lot of them too. There are more of course
