    I'm looking for a noob friendly CPA network which will support pop under PPV campaigns.

    Any inputs regarding this will be highly appreciated.

    @manconsult, Peerfly, Maxbounty and Neverblue, they are newbie friendly and also have many ppv-allowed offers. EWA Network also have lots of ppv-allowed offers but they are a private referral-only network, you have to get a referral to get approved.

    @alexgreatcpa Thank you.

    Thank you Alex for your reply. I'm currently in the process of developing a website. As it will take some time to come up, I'm looking out for ads which can be displayed as a pop under window in PPV networks such as Adon network. So I guess Leadbolt will not be much help for me as of now.

    Neverblue rejected my application :(

    Actually I'm overwhelmed with all your responses. I'm reviewing all your suggested networks. To give a brief info about my profile; I'm currently in India and will be relocating to Australia within a month. I'm fascinated by this industry and I'm very serious about this.

    I understand that you're interested in running pop-under campaigns via ppv; Which type of offers are you interested in? What vertical?

    @iTracko: I'm actually interested in offers like dating, health, technology, email/zip submits etc

    @robert86m: Does Peerfly accept people in India or do I have to wait until I get to Australia ?
