Yes, you pay after the leads convert... and to your other question reason why i am not doing it much with my own accounts is because i moved out of the usa , and its hard to get most of the cpa accounts to wire the money out of the USA when my accounts were made in the usa... But i do still do it with a few that pay me out side the usa... But i am limited a little thats why I am offering this service
